Dr. Teri Page was really great! I have severe dry eyes and she give me so much information and some new medications to replace the ones that were not working. She told me to call her back if I had any issues or concerns. She was very personable and easy to talk to you. I'm looking forward to our whole family seeing her in the future!

The lady eye doctor is very personable. I really enjoyed speaking with her and getting the eye examination. However the lady with long dark curly hair was the rudest person. No people skills whatsoever. I had hoped after my first visit she was just having a bad day but that wasn't the case . My visit today confirmed today she in fact is just rude.

I had never worn glasses and the experience here was lousy. The staff offered no assistance in picking frames any the ones I got are too small. The eye exam was rushed and after paying over $500 for new glasses I found out that I really didn't need them. I had just a slight stigmatize. When I went to pick up my glasses I put them on and told them the left eye was really blurry. The lady said that was normal, that I would get used to them. They didn't adjust them or anything. After a week I went back and the left eye was still blurry. The lady said they weren't on me properly, so she adjusted them. Then when she checked the left lens she found out it was made wrong, so they had to send them back to be remade. This should have been done when I picked them up the first time. They are still too small and I ended up ordering another pair online, thanks to a friend who wears glasses, that fits and that I am not looking through the top of the frame. I will not be going back to Poplar Bluff Pearl Vision.
