Today, October 30th 2025 at exactly 11:55 a.m. I called Poplar Bluff Vision Center just to see what my contacts will cost. The lady I was talking to was very rude & basically was rushing me to get off the phone. I got my glasses & eye exam there a couple weeks ago. The optometrist & whoever was there then was very nice & helpful, but not today. So I will NOT be going back there or any other Walmart Vision Center ever again.

Dr Franklin is great. He is fast yet thorough. He always answers all my questions. There is a new tech there named Carrie that spent so much time helping me. She was AWESOME! I highly recommend Walmart vision center!

A totally pleasant experience. The eye exam was a dream. The picking of a frame and the fitting was fast and efficient. A pleasant surprise was that it took only 3 days to receive my new, perfectly fitted glasses. I definitely recommend this Vision Center to any and all.
