My family has been very patient but i cannot recommend this place. My contact prescription is not right. went back and forth until I gave up. My contact order is still there, it was paid for. I got prescription safety glasses elsewhere for work that I use full time. My wife has been trying to get a usable pair of glasses for over a year. Previous year she gave up and bought glasses online. They cannot adjust frames without ruining them and will always adjust your prescription, always almost the same but not. Other places will limit changes so you can still use your old glasses as needed. We have been buying glasses that work online with less drastic changes in prescription. I have taken my family elsewhere. This drama is causing her daily headaches and pain trying to simply see the world and they do not listen to her or myself when we say it is not right. It isn't one problem person, the site as a whole does not listen. And there automated message system is really annoying.
