I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Thiessen, nurses, and entire staff who cared for me during my cataract surgery. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The bedside manner was exceptional--every person I encountered took the time to explain each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I was very nervous going in, but the calm, reassuring way everything was explained truly put me at ease. The nurses were attentive and supportive, and the doctor's confidence and gentle approach gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. Thank you all for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and reassuring one. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I received.

Everyone was very professional. The nurses and other staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the feeling of being on an assembly line. All in all the care I received was above average. Dr. Thiessen was professional and treated me very well.

Literally everyone that I came into contact with at this ophthalmology office were extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I was impressed how the office ran without any wasted motion. Even though Doctor Thiessen is an extremely busy ophthalmologist he took all the time I needed to carefully answer ALL my questions and explain the options that he thought would work the best for me in a way I could understand. I now have upcoming cataract surgeries scheduled with multifocal lens implants. I couldn't be more excited as I've had vision problems my entire life and Dr Thiessen assured me I would do extremely well with the procedures!! I can't wait!

This was my first visit to Dr. Thiessen. He was recommended by two friends. I felt comfortable with him immediately, he explained everything, he made suggestions for improving my sight, and helped me with my contact lens problem. I liked his confidence and his energy. He is definitely a doctor I will continue to see in the future.
