Crown Vision Center - Lindenwood

I like the location and the whole staff especially Dr.Lutz. I love getting a discount and they gave me a great Birthday gift card. I really recommend that people give that location a visit. They get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I was told before the appointment that my out-of-pocket cost would be $60 max. Once I got there, they performed additional tests and procedures without informing me ahead of time that these would cost extra. After the exam, the bill was much higher than what they quoted. This matches other reviews I've since read about this place--hidden charges, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. I do not recommend this office. Patients deserve honesty about pricing before services are performed.

Friendly environment and superb customer service. I LOVE THIS LOCATION.......Dr. Lutz is the bomb......very thorough. I look forward to my eye exam every year!!!!

Front desk is pushy to make sales on contacts and glasses. You can tell they dislike when you are there for just a yearly exam and copy of your updated scripts - they question and hound you about it. I found this very odd. They FAILED to disclose out of pocket costs prior to the service being completed and even charged for a service that wasn't even completed. We've gone to this location for several years but with the swap out of front desk staff and this past experience. WE WILL NEVER RETURN.

Tammy, the person who handled my bill was very rude and wouldn't explain to me the details that I was asking. I got no calls saying my glasses were ready, but I got a message asking me how my glasses were as if I had gotten them. I went into the store to find out about my glasses then they found the glasses there and did not apologize for not letting me know they came in. Then the glasses were completely wrong. They were extremely blurry. Tammy told me I should try to get used to them and come back a week later. I went back a couple days later because there was no way I was going to get used to these glasses. Then I made an appointment with the manager and was told there was a 10 minute grace period after the fact and then I'd have to reschedule. I wouldve been 15 minutes late; only five minutes after the grace period. They should tell people when they make the appointment not afterwards! I wish I had never gone here. I wish I had read the reviews first. I will never be back there again! But I still have to get my glasses fixed because there's still wrong. So I know I'm going to have to go back there at least two more times. They have bad customer service!

Horrible customer service!! After going back & forth with some rude lady named Val, over a contact prescription, I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me she was the manager. Ha, What a joke!! No customer service skills at all!!! They have all new staff and they are terrible. We were patients there for over 10 years & loved Dr. Charles Lutz but now we will never will go back! Customer service is a zero! Avoid crown vision but this location especially!

I have been coming here for many years. Dr Lutz is amazing. Great personality, makes you feel at home and very caring. I trust him. Tamara has excellent customer service. Very caring and kind. I trust them. Love my new glasses. Fit perfectly. Again thanks so much. Keep up great work. Have great summer
