Horrible customer service. Puts you on hold whenever she doesn't have an answer for something, & just tells you "one sec", I had to call back twice, to be told we were disconnected. She then proceeded to make an appointment for me without taking my Information & then when I asked if she needed it, "one sec", puts me on hold. Lmao it's ridiculous. How hard is it to talk to a person, & give clarity of what's going on.

Well, I went into the office back in December and made an appointment with an elderly lady. She gave me January 13,2026 at 1:05pm with Dr Clever! So, this morning I called to confirm my appointment and the lady said, you don't have an appointment today or any upcoming appointment! I said to her, I came in back in December and this lady made my appointment for today! She said, I can make you an appointment now! I said, forget it, I'll go somewhere else! If this elderly lady can't make an appointment she shouldn't be there making fake appointments! Not happy!

I was apprehensive about going here. But, once I arrived for my initial appointment, I was relieved. I have looked at the reviews prior to mine. I must say, I did not find that the low rated reviews were what I experienced. To my delight, I'm glad those comments are what I observed.

Went in to ask some questions about lenses and frames for a few prescriptions I had and the man working the department couldn't have been less interested or helpful.
Almost immediately the employee became mildly irritated, visibly inconvenienced, and disinterested. I was then told that he "didn't want to get involved" since my prescriptions weren't from the doctors there.
My wife took me there because she has had good experiences in the past. However, this interaction not only embarrassed her for making the recommendation but also pretty much guaranteed that neither of us will be returning in the future.
Though it was a short interaction, my recommendation would be to go somewhere else if you're looking for someone who's going to have patience and answer questions.
If you already wear glasses and know what you're looking for, you'll probably be okay. Easy sale.

The surgery lady Heather is a real con artist she lied to me and said my eye doctor said she suggested that I/upgrade to a lens behind my eye type surgery that was considered cosmetic and my insurance didnt cover. So I have now come out of pocket with close to 7k and my left eye with the lens in it is constantly irritated a d has that scratchy feeling

went in with no appointment...my mom lives in a nursing home. she needed her glasses that the arms were torn off fixed..other places said they couldnt help..bob helped me out and fixed them in 10 mins and said no charge! god bless your mom...I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! THERE STILL ARE GREAT PEOPLE OUT THERE!! RECCOMEND 100%

Dr. Clever was very knowledgeable and Jenny and Faith were both very nice and respectful. Though upon entering, NONE of the front desk staff were wearing masks, there was NO covid screenings/ temperature checks, the front desk staff were gossiping about the patients in the waiting room. Though I wasn't the patient, I would be embarrassed to be. Not a professional environment and I could not get over how rude the front desk attendant was. She should not be the first person that a patient meets when they come in because if she treated a patient the way she treated me, I would never return to the office.

Surgery Info
Cataract enhanced lens was $500 less than a competitor.
Surgery restored vision from 20/100 to 20/20 without glasses.
Only discomfort was the IV (Obviously). Very little recollection besides it happened very, very fast and I felt no pain.
For my vision loss it took 3 offices and 2 months to find the right doctor. Within one week of being seen I was being wheeled out of surgery able to see again. I'll be sending my entire family here from now on for all things vision.
