I did not wait in the waiting room before being taken back to the room where I would have my eyes checked. I was taken to a second waiting room after having my eyes checked. I did not wait long. And I was taken to another room where the doctor came in to see me. He checked my eyes. He asked me questions. And based on my responses he let me know what is going on with my eyes. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. He was quick but thorough.

I'm so happy Dr. Krish is my Dr. He is calm, and when I'm a little scared about surgery, he calms me, so I don't worry so much. He also takes care of my daughters eyes.

From eye surgery to after the surgery, Dr. Lee has been fantastic you never wonder what is going on and details are explained completely. I have been nothing but pleased. Jacob the nurse that set me up just before and after the procedure was fantastic. If you can enjoy something like this, it was enjoyable. YAG procedure was nothing, just hard on my pocket book.

Dr. Krishnashamy was very reassuring to me when he did my laser surgery on my left eye. He told me several times that I was doing good and that made me feel better. I was nervous during the surgery and stayed very still. The surgery didn't hurt. I wasn't in pain afterwards. That good experience is why I chose to see him as my Ophthalmologist. I feel like we mutually respect each other. I'm glad that he has an office in St. Charles, near where I live. I trust him and am glad he diagnosed me with dry eye and prescribed Xiidra.
