I've always gotten good service here. However, I know that when I ordered my glasses this last time, I requested transition lenses along with an extra pair of prescription sunglasses. The sunglasses are great, but my other glasses that I got are not transitions.

I called the after hours number due to severe and ongoing pain this morning. I was able to be seen right away by Dr. Dunkin who immediately got me relief and found the issue. The front office staff were also so helpful and understanding!

We were able to get a next day appointment and the doctor was wonderful. She put my 12 year old daughter at ease. The staff was efficient and they answered all of our questions. The turn around for the glasses was a week and a half. Great experience!

Horrible experience. Staff was pleasant at least at first but incompetent. Once I started asking questions or checking them on some of the mistakes, attitudes weren't even almost hidden. Got everything wrong down to the prescription, NEVER did the "see an house" test on me which gives you a leg up on the prescription we had to do the test 4 times. They asked me if i wanted the pictures taken of the back of my eye and that was my only objection but decided amongst themselves that meant I didn't want to be thoroughly checked out. My son who is 4 had an appt here too and they were not at all prepared or maybe not interested in a pediatric apt because they didn't know or try to get him interested in the machines he'd never seen, they were just harsh on instructions and frustrated and after bare minimum effort gave up saying "yeah so we can't see that so we'll just say...". I will say the optometrist did well with him but not instructing a first time mom of a 4 year old how to instruct him or keep him still or what we're doing next or anything. I've never had people be so half assed. and the Optometrist on duty this evening and who was also the Dr on duty for my last appointment should retire from alcohol or prescribing patients contacts/glasses. Or both.

I love the doctor. She does a great job with my prescription!! However, I was disappointed that the location did not have contacts for me to take home the day of my appointment.

Everything was great the nurse helping was a very hard worker!

Easy to schedule appointment online, on-time appointment, friendly and competent techs and doctor--overall a great visit! :)

Entire experience was great, from scheduling appointment, to office visit, eye exam and explanation of care and needs. Great help in ordering the right product and fit. Yes I would hire the support staff as customer service representatives. My wife and I both go there now.
