Been going to this Clarkson for years and have never had an issue. This annual visit involved me needing some sample contacts to get me through until my appointment and they were very helpful in providing extra. It was a life saver!!! After seeing the doctor, I expressed my desire to get prescription sunglasses but was hesitate because of the cost. They were very helpful in directing me to the "sale area" where I found the perfect pair. I also love that they are part of a program where I can bring in my daily contact packaging and they will send it off to be recycled. Everyone there is professional and helpful!!

Oh, I just have to share how truly fantastic my experience has been at the 94 location! I initially stopped by to get a prescription for my little 19-month-old, and from the second we walked in, the staff upfront was so welcoming, warm, and super friendly. They immediately made me and my baby feel completely comfortable.
Because that first visit was such a breeze, I scheduled an appointment for my oldest child, and we were seen by Dr. Berg. He was absolutely wonderful! He took his time with my son, making the appointment feel thorough but never rushed. He patiently explained every detail to us, which is so reassuring for a parent. When we needed just a bit more specialized service, he knew exactly who to refer us to, which made the next steps so seamless. Seriously, I could not have asked for a more pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring experience for my children! We're so glad we found this office!

Doctor Parker was thorough & competent compared to previous places I have gotten glasses. The girl assisting with glasses, measurements & cost was efficient. I cannot wait to get my new glasses. My daughter had an appointment here over the summer. The office staff did not verify insurance before the appointment and waited to the day of. Due to the system being down I had to pay out of pocket and I never got reimbursed. The staff member was also rude and nasty. One worker at the desk stated that the appointment could've been processed under insurance it was refused by the other woman. This location is just as TRASHY as Americas Best. I'll never return or refer anyone here.
