I was very anxious when I developed what seemed to be increased blurriness in my left eye when not wearing my prescription eyewear for near-sightedness. The Eye Center quickly accommodated an appointment, even though I was a new patient. Staff is abundantly friendly and welcoming, from appointment-setting to check-out. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Mark J. Reddan, whose kind demeanor immediately set me at ease. His experience and knowledge is unparalleled and I appreciate that he is not an alarmist (like me!). I had already self-diagnosed and had myself convinced that my long term vision outlook was not good. After a thorough exam, it appears that my habits: too much screen time, use of fans, working under harsh lighting...has not been a friend to my eye/s. I shall be using the eye drops Dr. Reddan recommended and administering them in a not-so-rushed fashion (per his instruction). I am so very grateful to have ended up in the immensely capable hands of Dr. Mark J. Reddan at The Eye Center, Inc. (I went to the St. Peters, MO location.) Clean, newest technology, welcoming, skilled, knowledgeable. Plus, added bonus: Dr. Reddan is a dog lover!!

I love this office! The staff is very friendly. Dr. Reddan really cares about his patients and is very good at what he does. My husband had an emergency and not only did he open his office close to my home for him, he also gave him his contact information for any future issues. That was in 2022. Fast forward to today, another emergency and he got him right in and gave him treatment. Five out of five stars.

I went to The Eye Center which I've gone to many times before in Florissant, but this time I chose to go to the St. Peter's location because they had an immediate opening. I have a minor eye infection and they were able to get me in right away. They were courteous and thorough with their examination, and appeared to generally care about making sure I got it cleared up. They called in an antibiotic to the to my local Walgreens and everything went really well. Additionally they took the time to find me another appointment to get a full eye and contact evaluation. I'm able to get in with in month.

After a weekend trip to the ER, I was referred to see an eye doctor immediately. Called here after being turned away by another office. This front office scheduled me for an emergency appointment a few hours later, basically adding me in. They were so professional, friendly and helpful. The OA and techs were also wonderful as was Dr. Stickel. Thank you so much for treating me and helping me get better!

DOCTOR is good, could be more patient and friendly.This is a hurry up, and wait a while office 2 to 2 1/2 hours for appointment plan to spend time. Dr seems to be running 3to 5 rooms at a time. STAFF IS GREAT office needs to speed things up.

I have visited the eye center for three years and I believe the quality of care received has diminished. Long wait times with limited communication from the staff. When meeting with the doctor discussion is curt and bed side manners are lacking.
In times of COVID they have you text when you arrive- when they invite you in not only are you left in a waiting room with others but for an extended period- 30 minutes beyond my original appointment.
I recommend looking elsewhere for an eye doctor.
