Dr Turk is such a good doctor. He teaches me something about my eyes every year. His staff is competent and friendly. Highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Outstanding Eye Care Experience with Dr. Turk and His Team I've been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and in all that time, no one ever took the time or had the insight to explain my astigmatism--until I visited Dr. Turk. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Turk was incredibly thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, something I truly appreciate. I had been using the same prescription for over a decade, assuming it couldn't get much better. I was wrong. My new prescription from Dr. Turk has noticeably improved both the clarity and distance of my vision--it's like seeing the world in high definition. The entire staff is just as impressive. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. The office itself is beautiful and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making the whole experience feel modern and efficient. I also love that their hours are later than most, which makes it easy for working professionals to schedule appointments without missing work. On top of all that, they have a great selection of stylish and affordable frames, which made picking out new glasses a fun and stress-free process. I can't recommend Dr. Turk and his team highly enough. They've set a new standard for what I expect from eye care professionals.

I have been a patient with Dr. Turk for 25 years. I called back in may to schedule an appointment. They let me know they were 3 months out, which is not uncommon because Dr. Turk is a very good eye doctor. The day before my appointment they called to let me know that when the scheduled my appointment they were looking in the wrong year and they could not get me in on the day they scheduled me for my appointment. They did not try to work me in for my appointment that i had waited for 3 months. And it was not my mistake, but there's . They then told me they needed to reschedule me, and the next appointment is another 3 month wait. I find this very unprofessional, and I will not be going back to Dr. Turk in the future.

I won't be going back. Last appt was not the most professional--starting with Dr. Turk not showing up until 45 minutes past my scheduled time. Things went downhill from there. It's too bad. Dr. Turk is good.

This place is amazing. Not just Dr. Turk who genuinely cares for his patients and their well being, but his staff is AMAZING. Justice helped me pick my glasses and was so excited and wonderful, his attitude was so amazing he made me feel happy and excited to get new glasses! He made the experience one to remember. The whole staff is phenomenal! There is not a bad thing about this office. It is simply the best!

Dr. Turk is very experienced eye doctor. My husband had a very unique eye surgery in his teen years and Dr. Turk has made the best contact for my husband eye; it fits perfectly, which has not occurred with other doctors. His attention to detail and his expertise are great. My family has been going to him for over 12 years and we are happy. Dr. Turk works very hard and long hours.

The sad thing is that I really like Dr. Turk. He is very thorough, however I have had nothing but problems getting in touch with their billing department. My ins co charged the wrong amount(not Complete Eye Care's fault) and I am still (after 2 1/2 weeks) trying to speak with billing to get my refund. ($200) I have been told multiple time that she will call me back. I call today and guess what...she's not in the office.(again) I know they don't want me back in there cuz I am ready to BLOW. LESS than impressed with their customer service

I have been with Dr. Turk since his days at ShopKo and have always been happy with his service. His staff seems to not have the same commitment to service. I was 11 minutes late to my eye appointment and they canceled me and stated I had to re-schedule. It took me weeks to get an appointment and 11 minutes cancels it. How many times have i waited in the lobby for Dr. Turk or his staff for 15 or 20 minutes. Apparently my time is worth far less than theres. My business will move elsewhere.
