Doctor is extremely incompetent, never gives me the correct prescription I always have to go elsewhere and i'm pretty sure he has short term memory loss. I've seen him talk to staff rudely and was even pretty nasty to me myself. Those poor girls I don't know how they work for such a nasty man. The level of care provided was unacceptable for a medical professional. If zero stars were available, that would be my rating.

When you called to set an appointment up for your husband for a new eye appointment and you're told that you cannot have an appointment or that the doctor will no longer see him due to to many missed appointments back in 2024. And be told that this is policy yet no policy was ever stated during any eye appointments or any eye appointments with my other family members that also see this person. Or that a letter was not sent out acknowledging that if you miss another appointment, you will no longer be seen by this clinic. When questioned they get irate about it and state that they'll send me a letter now to explain it, but that they still won't see my husband. I have now pulled my whole entire family away from this clinic. And that's also mentioned that I've been with this clinic for 3 to 4 years. My mom sees them my husband sees them. My son sees them and myself sees them. Being with a clinic that long you think that there would be a little bit more leeway, as stuff does come up.

One of the worst experiences ever. After almost a year I get told I owe for my doctor's visit which was never told at my appointment. I even verified my insurance information and was never told in advance that my appointment was never covered. Also, took my son months after and was told his appointment was covered by the insurance and come to find out I was lied to by the manager Clarissa who was very unprofessional and rude. When I made the payments for my son and I Clarissa who stated is the manager and coworker throw my payment receipt at me and stated I needed to vacate the premises. I will be filing a complaint through the state medical board. Very unprofessional and false advertisement location.

Very rude employees at this eye clinic.
I had an appointment scheduled and then when I drove in to town (40 miles) the receptionist informed me she had removed me as a patient for for "excessive cancelation/no show."
