Electric City Eyes

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. My five year old just got her first pair of glasses, and from the very first appointment a few weeks ago, I felt like we weren't getting much guidance or support. We weren't offered many options for frames and the whole process felt rushed and unhelpful. When we went back to pick up her glasses, it got even more disappointing. They didn't take the time to properly fit them to her face, didn't explain anything, and didn't even show me how to use the strap or how the glasses should sit. This is my child's first time wearing glasses, and I'm also navigating this for the first time as a parent. Instead of leaving feeling confident, I left confused and frustrated. I ended up taking her to a completely different eye doctor just to get basic help and adjustments. That says a lot. I'm not impressed with Electric City Eyes at all, and I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience.

We had such a great experience with Dr. Sexton. She treated my child and was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She explained everything without us feeling overwhelmed by this new diagnosis in our little guy. I Highly recommend Dr. Sexton for any parents looking for a caring and professional eye doctor for their kids!

Dr Sexton and her staff are absolutely wonderful! She provides care for our entire family. She is thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! The office is conveniently located and making appointments is easy.

Got my first eye exam and glasses here. Staff and Dr are professional and friendly . I wanted to avoid the corporate box , fast food esque eye exam shops. Highly recommend.
