Dr. Ozog saw me recently and did a laser procedure procedure on my right eye (dominant eye) to restore my vision. Since Jan 2020 the vision in that eye was steadily decreasing even though I had cataract surgery several years before. I was told by a Missoula ophthalmologist the cause was a large floater and there was no treatment available. I was pretty much blind in my right eye. Only after research on my own did I find Dr. Ozog who I can't thank enough. It wasn't a floater. My advice, never give up. Eyesight is critical for everyone but particularly to someone in their 70's. The 200+ mile trip was well worth it.

I called 3 different clinics between great falls and Missoula for LASIK eye surgery and received the best customer service via phone and in person with Ozog eye care. All of the techs were so friendly, helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Doctor Ozog was very professional and thorough in explaining the procedure during the surgery. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow up call from the doctor himself the evening of the surgery to check in with me and see how my eyes were doing. I would recommend this clinic to everyone and it was by far the best money I have ever invested in myself.

Think twice before having Lasik here!! I had an enhancement last August and my eyesight is awful after the surgery!! SO MANY RED FLAGS!! What eye surgery offers regular eye surgery AND a HD option that cost more money?! so stupid!! Also, Dr. Ozog never examined my eyes, it was always the women who work in the office. I regret going to him every single day!!

I scheduled my appointment (2 weeks in advance) for a screening/exam as well as pre-scheduled the surgery. I was totally on-board to spend $3K on corrective eye surgery. I live in Helena which is about 90 miles from Ozog eye care. My appt. was at 2:30pm and while just barely enroute at 12:30 from Helena I get a call from the office manager Carla. She asks in an urgent fashion "are you on your way?" and "when will you be here?" It was puzzling as to trying to hurry me to a long standing appointment. When I pressed her as to what the rush was she told me that one of the Techs had gone home with a serious allergic reaction and the remaining one was trying to get out of there ASAP to go see her mother that was terminally ill in hospice care. Imagine that the person who is part of the process of your eye correction is distraught and hurried...I expressed some sentiment for this lady and asked will she be in the competent frame of mind to do this task on this day? Carla says to whomever was next to her at full volume "Oh he is being very rude!" Insanity! This person is supposed to be the business manager and in a 30 second conversation both frightened and offended me enough to cancel my appointment. My $3K was all but in their bank account and Carla told me (in not so many words) that my business was not appreciated or needed. At Ozog Eye Care the patient definitely does not come first! I took this as a sign and looked elsewhere which led me to a top-rated Seattle clinic that was totally pro on the phone and a thousand bucks cheaper to boot. Frankly when seeing the difference I would pay significantly more. If you want to be treated by pros Ozog is not the place.

No bedside manner at all and that's putting it nicely. His staff did all the tests and were nice. He walked in and said "what's your problem." I explained and he pretty much said I was faking but wanted to run another test. My feelings are they just want more money so run more tests.

Took my son there a few months back. Was a very friendly place. Dr. Was awesome with my 7 year old. His assistant Angie was very nice.
