We were going here because it's what our insurance covers. I started experiencing problems with headaches and double vision, I called multiple times to try to troubleshoot the problem. I believe maybe they got the prescription wrong and tried to go back to my old one. That required doctor approval. I tried to schedule appointment but they were not helpful. Referred me elsewhere for that. Then in an effort to try to troubleshoot my own eye problems and go back to my old prescription, to see if that fixed the headaches and double vision they told me I have to order 2 six pack to do so,( I have two different eye prescriptions) they couldn't give me a sample to see if that fixed things. This place is unhelpful and terrible. Go somewhere else. I will be taking me and my family elsewhere. Betsy was the unhelpful receptionist.

I really like the team, everyone is great! The doctor was very knowledgeable and the front desk staff was so helpful and knew all about insurance! The hours are also easy to work with and the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. However, I felt a little uncomfortable giving out personal medical information in the open for everyone to hear. There were several other customers around me, trying to pay, while I was sharing a list of medications and that made me feel uncomfortable. I even left some medications out. Could you maybe provide a separate space for checking-in vs checking-out?
Other than that, great place, I will be coming back (at a less busy time)!

I took my young daughter in for her first pair of glasses yesterday, and we got great service from Shawna. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was very familiar with my insurance and made helpful suggestions about what options and upgrades might be appropriate. She was also wonderful with my daughter. We've never used Shopko Optical before, but after yesterday's positive experience I see no reason to go anywhere else.

It was a great place for me. Everyone was very helpful with me obtaining my new glasses and sunglasses. It was my first time visiting them and I will highly recommend them to all of my family and friends to go and get glasses or even sunglasses. I plan on returning to them in the future as well. Will be going somewhere else. The lady out front said hello but that was it. I had many questions, asked 1, but didn't feel welcomed enough to ask more. I felt like an inconvenience to ask for help when she's clearly busy with something else on her computer. After about 15 minutes of her just sitting there at her computer, we left without anyone saying a word.
