Optical Gallery is a busy place and you may wait a few minutes but that is because Dr Johnson is very thorough and takes the time to explain what changes your eyes may be doing. The staff is very professional and helpful. I have recommended them to many people

If I could give negative stars on this place I would! Moved from Lind to The Optical Gallery due to insurance changes. I have never met front desk staff so poorly trained. Mandy is a great doctor, but the front office staff got my husband's contacts incorrect three different times! They also "forgot" to mention that they didn't take my insurance when I came in for a five minute check on my bloodshot eye. Very unprofessional, rude, and poorly trained.
