I waited two weeks for my bifocals and they don't work. The magnified part is tiny and I have to tilt my head way back to look through them so I can read. I don't have the time or patience to wait for them to be fixed. If they weren't made right the first time, they probably won't be made right the second time. My insurance won't cover another pair so I'm back to using $10 reading glasses from Walmart. The doctor was nice and he spent a lot of time with me but the glasses don't work.

Have been going here for years for our family's eyecare, and they are wonderful. Dr. Baxter and the other docs have always been friendly and informative. My husband is diabetic and having the Optomap capabilities has been a great tool in monitoring him for diabetic retinopathy. Would recommend them to anyone!

Worse place I'm disabled and on Medicaid and Medicare. Went to appointment to have them tell me my insurance was cancelled called Nebraska total care my insurance was still active and that it covered all including vision so we fought back and forth all day even insurance called them finally had it straightened out but called the next day and they told me I only had medical so gave up and going to another vision dr
