We have been using Wal-Mart Vision Center for several years as my kids are on Medicaid and this is one of the only vision centers that works with Medicaid. Even before that, we used them because their prices are affordable. I have never had any issues with them. My son lost his glasses swimming in the ocean while on vacation. I called the Vision Center and they had a replacement set ready when we got back from vacation. With three active boys in glasses we've had a lot of lost/broken glasses. It's never been an issue as the vision center has an awesome warranty on all their glasses. I feel the exams are very thorough and the gals are patient with the kids asking questions and picking out frames.

I bought two frames a work pair and a casual pair and ended up breaking them both within a year and a half. I called in and spoke with Stacy (I believe) who was very helpful and easy to speak with. I was informed these pairs were both still under warranty and I could come in and swap my lenses into some new frames! So helpful!

I have been using this Vision Center since I was a kid. I have never had a bad experience. My exams are thorough and ordering glasses is quick and easy. They have a great selection of frames for every price point and I can order two pairs for what it costs for one at other places. And the assistants are very helpful. Overall a great experience every time I go.

I was originally pretty happy with my initial visit. After receiving my glasses and wearing them for a round a week I noticed it was getting difficult to see thru them. I felt like when looking straight forward it felt like I was looking thru the bifocal instead of the normal area. They made me feel pretty stupid and my concern invalid. If yall didn't think that was the case why didn't you offer any suggestions? As to what it could be? I paid for a service bought a product that does come with a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 60 days. Hello I'm back week 1 and you don't want to do nothing to make it to where I can wear them and see. I mean that was the whole point of me getting glasses CORRECT ?.
I guess at this point I will contact my insurance company that purchased them and go from there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst vision center ever, frames and lenses are horrible, do not get glare resistant it scratches, last pair of glasses I had lasted 25 years, these have been in getting repaired more than I have wore them. None in the store know how to adjust frames, they will l be setting an inch above one eyebrow and am inch below the eyebrow on the side, they look at you and say"how does that feel" really! Do you guys need glasses? I would really prefer that my glasses set straight on my face, thank you. Numerous adjustments and never have fit.

Under warranty, told me 7 to 10 days been 17 still no glasses. Will be changing vision centers. Get them fairly fast when you ate buying them, no results for warranty. Blames it on nikkon.

If I could give a zero I would they are the worst! Again today I tried to give them another chance, I get a phone call before I head out the door saying my appointment was going to be 175.00 instead of 125 do to a medical condition with my eyes lmao I have none .. so again very fraudulent I have my last exam rx showing 20/20 and not stating any issues. I have given a bad review in the past but they are supposed to make them a better company but all I see is bad reviews and as I sat here I saw 2 customers walk out upset very poor customer service. This is usually our last go to place .
