The Doctor was a great. Shellie was extremely nice and helped us when we came in initially. But when I returned for my frames, I was asked to sit down and I was handed 2 pairs. One fit okay and other had both nose pieces pushed together. I handed them back and they semi fixed them but nobody sat down to see if they even fit on my face correctly. And both were dirty. I feel if I had felt with Shellie, this would've been avoided. Not really happy for almost spending 400 bucks. Just heres your glasses and off you go.
I was going to get some sunglasses but definitely not now.

It was my first time having an appt via remote with an optometrist but it went very well . Dr Todd was personable and asked questions without making me feel rushed at all. All the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Shellie assisted me with picking out my glasses and pricing everything out for me so I can get the most and best coverage using my plan and discounts at the best cost for me. It was a busy morning and I was feeing rushed for them but they did not rush me at all. We've been going to the Papillion location for 3 years now and will continue to do so. Thank you!
