So glad to have found this place. Very professional, patient, thorough & courteous. This is the first Dr that has made me aware of dry eyes & stressed the need to pay attention to the affect it can have on vision. Dr Kingsley and all the staff I have encountered are wonderful. Highly recommend this treasure in Papillion!

DISHONEST AND A SCAM!
I called ahead to make sure they are familiar with my specific condition and could help me out. They assured me they could help, but I double-checked since it's an abnormal condition. Again, they confirmed they could help so I booked the appointment since they could see me sooner than another place I was speaking with.
I showed up to my appointment, go through eye exams, and am told they normally don't handle my condition and can't help me... They even referred me to the place I was already speaking with lol
I was still charged for my visit and didn't receive an apology.. Poorly run company, deceitful, and lacking integrity.

I am completely thrilled our family was recommended to this clinic. Every single staff member was loving and patient with my kids who were a little nervous about their first eye check up. I felt like they were extremely thorough with their testing and explained everything so so well so I knew and understood what every step and process was showing us. I learned so much about my kids eye health in just two visits and I feel so excited that they will be able to not struggle in school because of their eyes anymore.

The staff were so kind and helpful, Dr. Schramm in particular was such a great eye doctor. He specifically helped my daughter with her tricky prescription. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. They explained everything and went over cost breakdown before we started the appointment (something I was worried about). The staff were so gentle and kind with my kids as well as myself. I have been getting glasses and contacts for 25+ years and the staff here taught me new tricks to care for my eyes- I didn't even know that was possible.

Beautifully designed facility & very modernly decorated.... felt very comfortable.
They repaired two pair of my fav sunglasses ... the nose pads were bad on both....@ absolutely no charge!
Scheduled an eye exam as I haven't had one in years.. got me right in & were absolutely wonderful & informative ....would not go any where else!
Thomas, Madison, DeLaney & Dr. Schramm were very professional & respectful & extremely kind.

Cannot say enough great things about this company, their beautiful facility, their helpful and attentive staff and just the overall experience you get by working with them. They have countless options and all affordable, there is no way you walk out the door without finding multiple pairs to pick from. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful in trying to determine which styles would be best for your facial structure which can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for being so passionate and great at your jobs!
