ClearVision Eye Centers - Horizon Ridge

I am very impressed by the entire staff at ClearVision Eye Center. Exam was easy and thorough. Dr Asarf explained things in a way I understood and gave me options for the care of my eyes. Ordered new lenses today with the help of staff. I highly recommend ClearVision Eye Center.

I went to this office for an eye exam. I already had my own frame and did not go there to order new glasses. The eye exam itself was acceptable, and the staff was not rude; however, the service, communication, and follow-up were extremely poor. Despite the fact that I brought my own frame, I was required to sign a form stating that if my frame broke in the lab, they would not be responsible. This signature was mandatory, not optional. After 2-3 weeks, when I called to check on the status, I was told, "Oh, sorry, your frame broke and you need to come in and buy a new one." My frame was in good condition and not inexpensive, yet I was forced to purchase a new frame. It has now been almost two months since the process started, and I still do not have my glasses. I have had to constantly call and follow up myself. Often my calls are not answered, I am put on hold for 20 minutes, or I am told someone will call me back--which never happens. I receive no clear updates, and no one can tell me when my glasses will actually be ready, despite the time and money I have already spent. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication, accountability, and organization. I would not recommend this office if you expect reliable service or timely follow-up.

I had no problems getting an appointment, even though I wasn't using insurance. I walked in, and was greeted by the sweetest receptionist. Then waited only about a minute or two before getting taken back for my eye exam. Everyone was so nice and the doctor even showed me the pictures they took of my eyes! It was very cool. Then they had Teresa help me choose my glasses. She was so great and went out of her way to listen to what I was looking for and give me so many options to choose from. She also helped me find the best deal since I wasn't using insurance. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in years before this, but I will definitely be back sooner after this experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me!!

It's been more than a month now yet my eyewear is not yet with me. I went to their Horizon Ridge clinic on December 3,2025 and purchased eyeglasses. I bought 1 brand new frame and had a 2nd pair, making use of my rarely used frame. I paid for everything, on the spot, right on the very same day I ordered the glasses.I was told my eyewear will be ready in 2 weeks time. I was glad. I said, i will have new glasses by Christmas. I called on December 18 to check. They are not yet done . I was advised to call up the following week. I called on December 24. What greeted me was a recorded message about their office hours on Thanksgiving day. That was not Thanksgiving day! On December 26,2025, I received a texted message saying my eyewear is ready for pick up. I went there December 31,but only 1 was made. I complained. I said it's been a long wait . The optician said the 2nd pair is ready later in the day or on January 5. I cannot be physically going often to their clinic . I'm a PWD .It's not easy for me traveling with out a companion. I requested to have it delivered. They don't deliver, they ship. They saw I was visibly irked by the delay ,they said they are foregoing the shipping charge. Expect it either January 05 or 06,2026. On January 06,I called to check. I was told my eyeglasses were not included in the box picked up by UPS . Where I come from, we call that negligence. They will include it in the following pick ups. Expect it in 2 to 3 days. What a long and frustrating wait! There's not even the slightest bit of initiative feeding back a client about a paid transaction,specially consideringt that the client has an active complaint and was promised that my 2nd pair is ready later in the day of December 31 or January 05. If I didn't call to check, I will not know of the status of my paid purchase. Among the list of clinics suggested by Medicare for prescription glasses to be made, I can't help but regret now why I chose them.

Pam goes above and beyond to accommodate her patients, extremely professional and shows her sweet nature. When we arrived for our appointment we found the entire staff and the Doctor just the same! We will be going back next year!!

We told the assistant that my husband needed to try out the prescription given to him by his ophthalmologist to see if this would help his vision driving and reading. She was well aware of the "try out" and at no time did she say the glasses were "Non-Refundable". In fact, when we paid for the glasses and in small print on the bottom of the invoice says "NO REFUNDS" - "REMAKES IN 90 DAYS OF ORDER". However, we paid for the glasses already and at no time did she mentioned their "NO REFUND POLICY." I've spoken to their team and was told she will get back to me. Its been 5 days since and no word. I messaged them as well, and no response.

Everyone from the staff to the doctor were wonderful! I could have chosen a doctor closer to my home but Dr. Asraf was worth the drive. I would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience at this office! The staff were extremely friendly and had great prices. Very clean as well!
