I had an amazing experience at Custom Eyes today. My mom accidentally sat on her glasses and needed them repaired right away. I called and spoke with Trina, and she was incredibly kind and explained everything clearly over the phone, which immediately put me at ease. When we arrived, she was just as professional and welcoming in person. She took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process in a way that was easy to understand--even for first-time customers. She was patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and informed. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and kindness so seamlessly. Thank you, Trina, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Custom Eyes to anyone in need of eyewear services!

This is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced whilst getting glasses after our appointment. Our son is only 5, but the doctor here and the ladies that run the front office, are astounding! I cannot compliment this establishment enough; I'm only sad we didn't find it sooner! Well oiled machine, from the kindness, the engagement and the positive energy! They also will try their best to find you the best deals with your insurance! My mind was boggled because of how good they were in every aspect. Will be returning, no matte how far we are because of the service level! Absolutely recommend!!!

This is the only place I go for glasses! I have been coming here for a few years already and I love it. This place really has amazing customer service. They do get quite busy so sometimes you just have to be patient but it is so worth it. They treat every person like they are family. All of the workers are great but Trina and Dave are incredible! Trina usually helps us and goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are meet. If you are looking for a great all in one eye care this is definitely the spot!!

I've been coming here 19 years now. Everytime I am in they take care of me so incredibly. My wife loves them. 4 of my employees are with them. They really are the best.

I've been coming to this office for YEARS!! The staff is absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere, very helpful! If you ever have issues with your glasses, they help fix them right away in office (most cases). They are very knowledgeable!! Just overall great!! Thank you Custom Eyes for everything you guys do!!

It's been a couple years and these are still my best glasses I've had. The frames and script are a perfect fit. Super affordable, and exceptional medical and staff professionals. Went in for Safety glasses with my prescription and was helped by Trina. She made the whole process super easy, just handed her my paperwork from work, my prescription, a couple of details because it was my first time there and was in and out.... Will actually be coming here moving forward for my check ups, they have a big selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses and safety glasses. Thank you so much Trina.
