Dr. Rajy M. Rouweyha, MD

Dr. Rouweyha has been my ophthalmologist for five years. He is always knowledgeable, professional and caring. He performed my upper eyelid surgery which had an excellent outcome. I now see him for annual checkups, during which he clearly explains things and answers questions well. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Rouweyha, is detailed, informative, patient, understanding, effective and very helpful. I was seeing one of his colleagues in the past and have been seen by Dr. Rouweyha a handful of times before but I am his patient now and I know I am in good hands. It was great seeing you again and it's nice that there's an office on the west side of town. I look forward to making progress with you and Michael.

Dr Rouweyha is very knowledgeable and kind. He takes time to listen to all my questions and gives thorough answers. I always recommend him to friends and family.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with this office was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. My mother and I drove over 40 miles for an appointment that we confirmed twice--once yesterday and again today 8.20.24 the day of the appointment--only to arrive 30 minutes early and be told that the doctor was not in. The waiting room was full of patients, and although they claimed to have other doctors on staff, none were supposedly available for her ophthalmology appointment. To make matters worse, they claimed they didn't have my mother's phone number to cancel the appointment. This is hard to believe since the first thing they do when booking an appointment is collect all your contact information so they can bombard you with countless text messages. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

We love Dr. Roweyha. He has been our Opthamologist for about 7 years. Very professional, personable, and experienced. Office is well run.

My mother recently went to an appointment with Rouweyha Rajy due to some pain she was experiencing. Not only did he try to rush her out of the office and barely looked at her eye but him and his assistant were incompetent when it came to prescribing my mother's medication medication. The prescription was not correctly filled out and we had to have the pharmacy contact the dr which took even more time. When we requested the generic brand or a similar medication Dr Rouweyha and his assistant avoided our calls and even after numerous voicemails and more than two weeks later we have not heard back. Seems like the dr cares more about his paycheck than actually helping his patients because this was horrible customer service.

Dr. was polite and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the details of the testing I needed. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. Definitely recommend this practice and doctor.

Dr Rouweyha, is the best Eye Doctor, his expertise and professionalism is unparalleled. My eyesight is 20/20 still from the time he performed that one of a kind Lasik procedure he has performed on both my eyes since 2004. Thank you Dr Rouweyha!
