We had such a great experience at this office today! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. Dr. Duggan is awesome! Very thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. We also really appreciated that the office is not pushy at all, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality eye care with a great team!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Duggan forever. I would say around the 2003 time period when we moved here as kids and teens. Our dad works for the military oversees in Japan, and he still ensures to make an appointment with Dr. Duggan every year or 2 when he comes to the mainland. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They're the best!

I'm a new patient and couldn't be more pleased. I even referred someone else who had her appointment before me, and afterwards we both agreed we can't say enough about how excited and satisfied we are. Dr Duggan and the entire staff are amazing!!!

Wonderful clean office! Friendly front staff. Went in for a new patient appointment and they were very thorough in the vision exams they did! The doctor is very kind and knowledgeable. Happy to have found this place through the referral of my husband.

I really haven't had glasses since I was in the 6th grade, almost 30years ago. The overall process of the exams and front desk staff was a breeze. They were super kind and helpful, provided me with ease. As I was then paired with a lady to obtain glasses. I was nervous as I wanted to make sure I find a pair that fits my face and is flattering. I do not know her name, but blonde lady and she was just less than helpful. As she sat down she simply stated "you can pick some glasses on the back wall." There's like a break in the wall and then an island of glasses, so I say "there too." And she's says "the back wall." Like ok? Once seated to try them on she just wasn't helpful. She'd say "Make sure the frame isn't in the way." But I didn't know what that meant, she didn't explain she repeated it until I actually caught on. She just seemed as if I was bothering her. I ended up picking some generic black square glasses and I actually hate them. They don't flatter my face, the color is super harsh. When I went to pick them up there was another technician assisting me and she was the most sweetest person. In hindsight I wish I had her when I initially tried on glasses and I probably would have left with something "I loved" rather than something that's "ok." Now I have to wait a WHOLE year before I can even get new glasses. So annoyed. It also would have been nice to know at the time that if I didn't see anything I liked, I could bring in my own frame

The assistant that did all of the initial testing before I saw the Doctor was great. Dr. Duggan was fantastic & explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Denise was super friendly and efficient over the phone and when I actually checked in. The technician (Marion?) was also very friendly and patient and efficient and explained what each procedure entailed. Dr.Duggan was also very friendly and thorough. No 5 stars because the website for online submission of forms was not user friendly. Error statement pertaining to captcha and mission fields showed up twice and all fields erased when I tried to resolve issue.

My son received an eye exam from Dr. Duggan in early February. However, someone at Envision incorrectly filed the claim under my name instead of my son's. I discovered the error when another optometrist informed me that I was ineligible for an exam because a claim had already been filed under my name. I contacted Envision and asked them to reverse and resubmit the claim correctly. The representative I spoke with said she would also investigate how the mistake occurred. Although Envision later confirmed that the claim had been corrected, they never explained the cause of the error. I lost more than an hour of my time because of this mistake. At this point, I cannot recommend using Envision until they provide a clear root cause and corrective action to ensure this never happens again.
