I have been going to this office for a few years now. Every visit has been excellent. The office is old and cozy feeling, and everyone from the doctor to the receptionist is welcoming, professional and will make you feel like family. Appointments are easy to make and readily available. It is not difficult to communicate with them and they will return your calls quickly. There are no extensively long wait times on the day of the appointment, either. Your glasses or contacts are ready and available within a week, in most cases. When I broke the same pair (twice), they were able to replace them the same day with frames in the office for an extremely reasonable price. If you would like top notch care and personalized service, I would highly recommend this place.

Third year picked up new glasses ..tired .....glasses didn't seem right...mentioned to lady at front finally my ride came........I am 82 years old....found I had two pairs of same prescription NONE FOR READING WHO DOES THIS HAVE MY OLD GLASSES BUT I PAID 90.00 FOR ANOTHER IDENTICAL DISTANCE GLASSES NO READING GLASSES USELESS CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS HAPPENING HAD SUCH FAITH IN DOCTOR I DID NOT PLACE ORDER FOR GLASSES YOUR PEOPLE DID TWO PAIRS SAME I PAID FOR ONE DISTANT AND ONE FOR READING JUST LIKE PREVIOUS YEAR CAN,T DO BIFOCAL DOCTOR SUGGESTED THE TWO PAIR DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION<>>EITHER CHANGE OR REFUND NO OTHER OPTION

Recently had my appointment there. I haven't had a new pair of glasses in years and finally had time for myself to purchase a new pair. It was a quick appointment and was out far quicker then expected, roughly 20 minutes. The workers there were very kind and my selection of glasses was far larger then what I was used to. Will be more then happy to see them again in a few years. Have already recommended the location to co-workers since I was happy with my service.

Dr. Rhett Dadej had a difficult time getting the prescription for my lenses correct and pushed the narrative that it was somehow my fault, as if I were the optician. I had to request a second pair of lenses since the first pair was lacking the photochromic/transition effect. The revised second pair ended up having the photochromic/transition effect but lacked everything else I had requested initially. The lenses were poorly cut, lacked blue light filtering, and only the right lens had the proper prescription placed on it. This was, of course, all dismissed by a very defensive Dr. Rhett Dadej, who disregarded all the issues I brought up and instead absurdly insisted it was all a mistake on my part for not making it clear what I wanted, despite the opposite being true; in fact, the only thing wrong with the first pair was the lack of the photochromic/transition effect. Upon reading other reviews across multiple sites, I was unsurprised to learn that this is a recurring theme with Dr. Rhett Dadej. He has a tendency to dismiss customer concerns and issues when they arise and place the blame on the customer. The rest of the staff was wonderful--5 stars to all the ladies who attended to me during each and every visit and helped with my refund. Don't let anyone try to gaslight you into thinking a mistake on their part is a mistake on yours, especially not when your money is involved.

I havw been coming to Eye Care Services for 7 years. Every appointment has been quick and painless ;) Everyone is alway friendly and I enjoy the selection of frames. It's hard to decide sometimes! But I always find something that I love.

Since I moved here seven years ago I have been going to this office. We have never had an issue and my glasses have always been correct. My kids also get glasses here and have never had an issue. We have had a variety of insurances over the time and have always been excepted. Great staff understanding and willing to work with you to make sure that everything is correct. I've never had an issue though so I've never had to have anything corrected. Everything is always right before I leave. Very happy with this office.

Bought glasses in March, left lens fell out of frame in July, no warranty whatsoever, what a complete joke, paid over 800 for these with Insurance! DONT GO HERE!
