I will not be going back here after going here for years, even since the old location. I had started bringing my two children here a couple years ago too. I put up with so many problems from the staff for so long because I liked Dr. Le- but enough is enough. The office manager who I've spoken to several times is condescending, rude, and could care less about others. The staff has struggled for years to even do basic things. I ask to be emailed prescriptions several times and then they don't. I ask to pick up a paper prescription and have to go back twice for mistakes and them not even having the paper signed. They once accidentally ordered too many contacts that my insurance didn't cover and then wanted me to pay for (which I refused). I don't trust what anyone in this office says anymore, if it doesn't affect them they could care less. If they were to do a complete overhaul of office manager and staff I would love to see Dr. Le, but will not be back while this staff is there.

I am 70-years old and have been to many, many optometrists in my lifetime. Today I had my first appointment at Eyesite of Anthem and Dr. Ena Dao was my optometrist. To state that she was superb is an understatement. Dr. Dao is board certified, and she took her time conducting a complete examination of my eyes. She diagnosed the cause of a chronic problem I have been tolerating for years because I erroneously thought it was "just seasonal allergies." Her diagnosis and treatment recommendation has already made a huge difference in my everyday life. Dr. Dao is a warm, caring, thorough, kind and extremely talented doctor. She is an active listener who clearly cares about the eye health of her patients. I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Dao and Eyesite of Anthem. And by the way, the office staff is absolutely wonderful too. My wife and I will be patients for life!

Wow! We just moved to the area and are in the process of choosing all new providers for everything. We tried another optometrist for my daughter and it was such a terrible experience! Coming here I was nervous from the bad experience elsewhere, but Dr. McCandless was SO AMAZING! He was so patient and sweet with my daughter, that she wasn't scared at all and was so compliant with everything, she even had fun! The office was so nice and they had a great selection of kids frames, when other offices were larger but had fewer options. It was a really great experience, so if you're looking for an optometrist that's great with kids and adults, this is it!

They have a wide variety of frames for outdoors, sports, blue collar, and fashionable designer brands. My wife is really into serial killer documentaries so she picked out some Marc Jacobs glasses that made me have a Jeffery Dahmer look and she's loving it.
