I had a wonderful experience at John C. Lawyer O.D., Ltd. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lawyer was thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my eye exam results and answer all of my questions. The office was clean, well-organized, and efficient -- I didn't have to wait long at all. I truly felt cared for and confident in the quality of service I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy eye doctor!

Dr. Lawyer is patient and kind. He takes his time with exams and he noticed my macular degeneration had progressed from dry to wet so gave me a referral and the scan that he did to take to my specialist. He's an excellent eye doctor and my husband and I appreciate him.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. John Lawyer for more than 20 years to have our eyes examined and get our glasses. We have always received excellent service and comprehensive eye exams. Dr. Lawyer is personable, sincere and conscientious. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. If we ever had a problem it was addressed to our satisfaction quickly and professionally. YOUR RATING REVIEW TITLE Professional Staff REVIEW DESCRIPTION I appreciated Cathy who I talked with the week before my visit in assisting me in getting proper insurance for your office and how polite she was when doing her part of the examination. The young lady who was one of your receptionists and later worked with me for selecting which frame and glasses would be best for me was very courteous and understanding on both times that I dealt with her. Dr. Lawyer was detailed in assessing where my eyes were at by explaining why I had some problems in the past and what he was trying to accomplish with his thorough examination. I am grateful for the whole visit and look forward to getting a fine pair of glasses that are right for my eyes.

Dr. Lawyer is great and always explains eye changes and options. He has a great staff, they are always friendly and very helpful. They have a large selection of frames and always offer help when I have a difficult time deciding, and give me great options! The Saturday appointments are convenient so that I do not have to take time off of work.

Dr. John C. Lawyer came highly recommended by both friends & colleagues. I needed an exam in a timely manner, and staff were able to call me, upon request, to offer an appointment slot where someone else had had to cancel. Cathy was especially helpful in my initial call, as was Desirae in scheduling my appointment. Dr. John C. Amazing customer service. I'm from Ohio but was in Henderson for a funeral and both of my contacts ripped and I didn't bring backups and didn't have my glasses. I called John C Lawyer and explained my situation and they were so accommodating and helpful. They had contacts ready for me to pick up in minutes. So grateful to them truly! 10/10.
