I had a great experience at Las Vegas Eye Institute. Dr. Swanic was incredibly informative and took the time to explain exactly how an IOL replacement surgery would work. What impressed me most, however, was his honesty. Instead of just claiming to be an expert in every area, he was transparent about my specific case and referred me to the best specialist for my needs. It is so refreshing to find a doctor who is genuine and puts the patient's best interest first. I highly recommend Dr. Swanic to anyone looking for LASIK or eye care--I honestly wish I would have gone to him for my initial surgery!

Great experience with Dr. Swanic over several different procedures for myself and multiple family members. He is always kind, patient, and informative about all available treatment options so patients can make an informed decision. Would (and have!) recommend to anyone interested in vision correction.

I was extremely impressed with this doctor. He has some of the most advanced equipment available, and his expertise goes beyond general ophthalmology--he is also fellowship-trained in cornea. I initially came in very concerned about having low vision, and he correctly diagnosed me with cataracts. From the beginning, I completely trusted him. He answered every question thoroughly and took the time to explain my options in detail. I've also struggled with chronic dry eyes, and he offered treatments no other doctor had suggested. He placed punctal plugs and performed laser treatments around my eyes, and after just two sessions, my symptoms have greatly improved. I appreciate tremendously his thoroughness and integrity. He repeated several tests to ensure accuracy, knowing that dry eyes can affect results, and he wanted me to feel confident in deciding between single-vision and multifocal lenses before my cataract surgery. I appreciate that he wasn't quick to rush into surgery and took such care to get things right. Both my husband and I are medical professionals and we completely respect and trust this doctor. He is meticulous, ( most important) compassionate, and offers an all around professional experience.

The overall experience in this office is above and beyond the norm. The testing equipment and facilities are state of the art. The staff are all friendly, highly effective and efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Swanic is extremely efficient and skilled and you get the sense that he is truly interested in helping his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. I do refer my family members and friends to Dr. Swanic.

Wait was short, staff were great and very friendly. They have so much eye testing equipment it was amazing. The Dr was reassuring and I'm feeling comfortable to have my op under his care.

Dr Swanic and his staff were amazing and took great care of me. I had a surgery for a pterygium and I was very nervous to have the procedure but they made it easy and my eye feels and looks so much better. Highly recommended!

Dr Swanic is a wonderful doctor who always has a smile when he greets you. He is interested in his patients and takes as much time as necessary. His office staff are equally wonderful and always there to answer any questions

Cataract surgery went smoothly without a hitch no pain no anxiety completely cared for at the office and at the surgery center. They asked all the questions that you could imagine to make sure you were properly attended to. This doctor knows what he's doing.
