I was on a search for a good eye care provider and an eye doctor and Optic Gallery stood right out. The reviews were amazing. I came in as a new patient and I was treated with nothing but true kindness, care, and professionalism. Everyone on the staff was amazing and the facility is nice as well. Dr.Lavine did an amazingly thorough eye exam and made me feel confident in what she was saying and explaining about my eyes. Ashton up front who checked me in was amazing. Kat who did my eye tests was amazing. And Noel who went over everything post exam and explained my billing, went over glasses with me, and anything I needed to know was amazing also. I can't say enough good things about our visit to this optometrist office! I originally came here out of urgency--my usual optometrist isn't open on weekends, and my daughter developed an eye infection that needed attention right away. I was stressed and worried, but from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in great hands. Their level of thoroughness and genuine care completely won me over, and the experience was so positive that we decided to switch to them as our regular eye clinic. From the front desk to the staff to the eye doctor, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was exceptional--thorough, patient, and incredibly clear in her explanations. She took the time to walk my daughter through each step, making sure she felt safe and comfortable, even though she wasn't feeling her best. Her warmth, kindness, and ability to explain things in a way children understand truly set her apart. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Kate, who helped us with the prescription glasses for my kids. She was AMAZING. She didn't rush us at all and gave thoughtful recommendations based on fit, durability, and comfort. She carefully explained how the new Stellest lenses work, helped my kids find frames they were excited about, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. What started as an urgent visit has now turned into our new home for eye care. This team exceeded every expectation, and I'm so grateful we found them. I highly, highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care from people who truly go above and beyond!

Our family has been going to Optic Gallery for years. We have seen all of the doctors and they are fantastic. Dr. Hart is also great with my kids' examinations and explaining the importance of eye health. Our optical technician Kate is extremely helpful, patient and kind. She has helped our entire family with our appointments from walk in through pick up of eyewear that she also helps us choose. All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Thank you!

I have been coming here for years and the care is top notch. I am now being treated by Dr. Hart who takes his time with the appointment. All questions answered and he's extremely knowledgeable. Kate also helped me select new frames and she did a great job. Listened to what I was looking for and she found me the perfect pair in under 15 minutes. Great appointment!

From the front desk to the optician, everyone was great! Dr. Nguyen was very thorough. Never had an optometrist ask about my job or bother to find out how long I work on my computer versus reading documents. I'm 95% on computer and he showed me the difference with computer lenses - no eye strain! He is very professional and has a nice manner about him. Aly, the optician, is great! She has a good eye for the type of frames that look good on your face. She too is very thorough and fun+ she'll tell you the specials they have going on. I highly recommend this Optic Gallery and would give them more stars if I could.

Had a great experience with Dr. Lavine and the team! She was knowledgeable, took the time pro explain everything clearly, and made the whole exam really comfortable. An extra shout out to Aly and the rest of the staff whom were exceptional - super friendly, professional, and efficient. Aly is the best for choosing the right frames and making sure they fit and look amazing on. Everything ran smooth from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lavine and the staff at Optic Gallery provided excellent care for my son who was a first timer for an eye exam. They made him feel comfortable and talked to him about what to expect with needing glasses and caring for his glasses. Dr. Lavine is so kind and welcoming and I would recommend her to anyone with young children! My son came out of his appointment excited that he'll be able to see better with glasses!

The entire "front of the house" staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Dr. Lavine is the best Optometrist I've seen in the Vegas/Henderson area in the amost 4 years I have been here. She is the only one who did not leave my refraction to a technician, which is great because of a certain condition in one my eyes. She was extremely patient and understanding and explained everything while trying different lenses. Also, by agreeing to an OCT (which is a necessity given the eye condition), she was able to give me full exam without needing to dilate my eyes. I can finally stop shopping around for an eye doctor.
