Signature Vision Care

I don't usually provide my assessments on businesses unless the Staff and Dr. go above and beyond their duties. I was also a "Walk in Patient". As a retired Dr. I was accustomed to a variety of patient's and their demands. At Signature Vision Care I was treated professionally by Dr. Jean Garcia and her Staff, Maria and Sarah. Maria initially examined my eyes and with her pleasant attitude made me confortable. That was an excellent "First Impression " of the Company. Dr. Garcia took the time to confirm my concerns with my cataracts. Sarah was not only diligent but was kind enough to schedule my appointment with my cataract physician. My appointment was informative and concise. My wife was also looking for a pair of glasses and Mary assisted her in correcting a transaction that wasn't warranted by another Eye Company. My wife was surprised on how Mary corrected the error and my wife was allowed to get another pair of glasses for free. We are both very appreciative and are happy we chose Signature Vision Care/Vision Works. Stan Archer

Dr. Jean was so patient with me when I told her my concerns for a thicker contact lens and found the most comfortable brand I've ever tried on in my 10 years of having contacts. Confirmed an appointment only to get there and it wasn't the right date. I left work EARLY, was told I could wait but up to 4 people in front of me. I was trying a different brand of contacts. Had met with the doctor less than a week ago. Don't understand why they couldn't give me the trial ones. Taking my business elsewhere.
