Terrible. Went in Monday 2/2/26 to Nevada eye physicians in Henderson and told the team and doctor that I had something in my left eye. Had to wait a long time. Saw doctor he looked into my eye with the light and scope and said "eye is irritated, don't see anything in it." Then he proceeds to tell me I have glaucoma risk even though I'm only 36 and rushes me out to get me reschedule in a month for testing. Moreover the receptionist over charged me by $76. Turns out she charged me the part my insurance pays and I have to wait for them to get it then they will refund it. I went to shepherd eye center yesterday 2/3/26 and saw Dr Ho who actually checked my eye throughly and turns out there was a rock and some debris in it! Dr Ho removed it and prescribed my antibiotic eye drops. Dr Gassen should face consequences for his lack of care and inability to do his job. Don't trust him as I now see him as a doctor who doesn't care about me but only about money.

Fabulous staff and absolutely no waiting. I have been with Dr. Gassen for 15 years and he always makes me laugh. He is professional and so is his staff. Great office and won't go to a competitor. He is caring about my health.

I visited Nevada Eye Physicians in 8/23/2024. I had seen Dr. Gassen about ten years ago and just like then, he was very professional, polite, courteous and attentive. He listens to you and makes you feel appreciated, which is so important to any patient. I totally recommend him!

Dr. Gassen is a very kind and compassionate doctor. From the moment he enters the examining room, he gives you his undivided attention. He takes his time with you and does not rush you through your explanations and questions. I went to him looking for a second opinion on a previous diagnosis from a different doctor. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I left his office very satisfied with his explanation. I feel he is a doctor I can trust.

Dr. Gasson took excellent care of me, he was patient and kind and listened to my concerns. I have a very difficult prescription and he was more than happy to see me for a second visit to change my prescription slightly and gave me samples of new contact lenses to try. It is rare to find a doctor who really cares! Both Dr. Gasson and Dr. Neibaur have taken excellent care of my family. Will continue coming here always. Thank you, docs!

I've been seeing Dr. Gassen for over 10 years. He's always personable and thorough. I've had issues with my pressure and I appreciate that he always informs me completely on what procedures he is undertaking and remedies that he suggests. A great doctor!
