Well, glasses sure have gotten expensive in this world I must say. The pain is seriously diminished though when you get the level of customer service I received just yesterday. Mary Lou at the Visionworks at Galleria Mall in Henderson provided me with exceptional customer service while buying my new glasses. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable & very friendly. I'm retired Navy & the grumpiest man on the planet. However, it's impossible to be grumpy around Mary Lou. She should be training others in the area of customer service. I will now only buy my glasses at Visionworks going forward & can't wait for the new ones to be ready.
