I have been to this location before but forgot to leave a review. I really like this location because it is close to my home and the staff is awesome. The technician Jocelyn was incredible, she was friendly and very knowledgeable in her job. She explained everything in layman's terms while not being condescending. The doctor was (I'm sorry but I forgot her name) also very good at her job while also being very nice and I didn't feel like I was being rushed.
At the end Danielle was fantastic! She was super friendly and very good at her job while also being personable.
Even the employees I didn't have direct interactions with seemed very nice and knowledgeable too. I definitely recommend this location of Pearl Vision Center.

I've never has such a thorough eye exam. They have me really great information on my eye health and took s picture outdid the back of my eye. I fortitude new frames and lenses at such a reasonable cost (i have insurance). The customer service was excellent. The med assistant was so sweet and very knowledgeable, the Dr came right in and spent time with me during my exam. Made sure to answer all of my questions. The last person I saw was so patient and explained all my options and the costs layed out so I could make the best decision

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by an associate. They gathered my info and asked me to take a seat. I waited less than 5 minutes and was taken to an exam room. Once the preliminary exam was complete, Dr. Pan came in and she was excellent. She explained everything clearly and concisely. When the exam was over I was sent to an associate to find the right glasses. The care and compassion demonstrated here was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your eye care. Five stars!

Doctors were cool n nice.....
I didnt like that they spoke to my daughter in the lobby about her business, wen I was in a separate room. I also didnt like that the Doctor came to address me in the lobby as well about our personal business.
I felt comfortable , the Eye Assistants were all...really kind and encouraging to me. However I didnt see the same for my baby and therefore, I'm looking else where.
They didnt have pretty girly glasses on the Medicaid insurance. Im thinkn of looking some wer else.
The lobby had great cool green furniture.
