And then there's Tim Silva, the optician who turns "just getting glasses" into an art form. He handles prescriptions with precision, fits frames perfectly, rescues broken glasses, and even gives tune-ups like it's second nature. It's rare to find someone who makes every step of the process smooth and stress-free -- Tim nails it every time. From the moment I walked into YESnick Vision Center, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, and the technicians were cordial, professional, and very informative throughout the exam process. Dr. Yesnick was pleasant and clearly demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise in vision and eye care. He took the time to show me the difference between my old prescription and the new one, assuring me that I would see my best. He also offered helpful suggestions, including contact lens options and ways to improve my ergonomics while working at my desktop. He recommended a follow-up for a more in-depth eye exam. Tim, the optician, was professional and pleasantly helpful when it came to selecting eyewear at a reasonable price. He shared interesting background information about the manufacturers, clearly explained what my insurance covers, and broke down services and pricing in a way that was easy to understand. I was especially impressed by the level of care and support offered for eyewear maintenance and emergencies or mishaps--something I have never encountered at other vision centers. I truly felt well-received from start to finish and left knowing I made a wise decision choosing YESnick Vision Center for myself and my family. First time patient. I had a great experience with this office. All the staff are amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of glasses to choose from. Super excited to get them. Dr. YESnick was awesome. I'll definitely be going back and referring friends and family.

I have been having problems with seeing for several years now. I have wet macular degeneration in my right eye and have been taking injections in my eye for around 7 years and after visiting the Yesnick Eye Center I am relieved to know that they are going to be able to help me see better. It won't be perfect but at least I will be able to see faces more clearly and distinguish a car or an object in the road. They are confident that they can help me. I look forward to going back next week to see what they actually can do for me. I will let you guys know when I can see better. This vision center and the staffs are amazing! We are traveling from Canada and my son forgot to bring his ok lenses remover. When we got here the staff asked the details and knowing how urgent it is! They just gave us the insert and remover for free! I highly suggest YESnick Vision Center, I feel warmed!

My daughter and I have been patients at your office since 2021. Recently, I called to schedule my daughter's annual eye exam for a routine checkup and to update her glasses and contact lenses. During the call, I informed the staff member that we have new insurance and asked if she could look it up and help schedule an appointment. I was told that a portal needed to be opened to do this, but the assistance was provided very unwillingly, which made the process uncomfortable and discouraging. Due to this experience, I ended the call and contacted a different optical office. They were able to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment for my daughter within 10 minutes. I wanted to share this feedback, as I was disappointed with the level of customer service after being a loyal patient for several years. I hope this can be addressed to improve future patient experiences.
