Price tripled after I scheduled surgery and had a quote. When I called to clarify I was not able to get a response. They call from numbers that are not their office number so my phone doesn't recognize the call. Phones are not answered so it is always a call back from an unrecognized number. The office manager was rude and not interested in responding or resolving anything. That said, I did like the Dr. and wish he worked for a different agency. I do not have confidence that the price will not double or triple from the estimate I have. I also would not trust that a problem would be taken care of should it arise after surgery since there is such a huge barrier with the way they communicate.

Dr Devries is a good eye doctor and thorough, but be prepared to wait a long time in the office to see him. It typically takes an hour but today my appointment took two hours an hour and 45 minutes was wait time to see him. This is ridiculous.

Extremely unprofessional. My mother in law's appointment was scheduled over a month ago and today they called and said her appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge. I spoke with the disrespectful office supervisor who hung up on me and stated that I should've called them to reconfirm my mother in law's appointment. If that comment alone doesn't say unprofessional then I don't know what does. This location has been unorganized and unprepared from the start, they also have horrible bedside manners and their staff is always confused. I definitely do not recommend this location. I highly encourage you to find a different eye doctor, as this location is not worth the drama.

I am 94 years old and I've been going to Dr. Manning for many many years. He is very thorough and very nice too. I would highly recommend him for any Eye problem at all.

This has been one of the worst medical centers I have ever experienced, both in terms of poor follow-up on patient issues and the overall treatment process. I first visited them for an eye problem . The medication they prescribed made no difference at all, and my condition did not improve. When I called again, they told me to come back (I went, even though it was against my wishes(, so I did -- but once again, no one followed up regarding the test that the doctor had ordered. I even submitted a complaint through the patient portal, but after one months, no one contacted me. Instead, I only received two billing statements that they were not fair. I don't recommend to others to have visit.

Doctors & staff efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. Doctors answer your questions, explain your eye issues so you understand them. They are very thorough in their exams & subsequent procedures. I've been a patient over 5 years & am very satisfied with everyone I've been in contact with from basic appointments to procedures. I go now to Dr. Manning for my annual eye exam as he caught an eye issue that had not been diagnosed by my prior optometrist eye exam. Very thankful he did & treatment so far has kept it in check. Highly recommend these professionals!

My experience was terrible. First it took three months for them just to call me back to schedule an appointment and then they continued to send paperwork/billing to my old address that I updated multiple times. Staff is indifferent and rude and I hope to god that I never have to return to this location for any reason.

My insurance always covers the annual eye exam for free -- except apparently at Eye Care. I ended up getting my eyes dilated three times before even getting to see doctor Ben. The assistant dilated my eyes first, then couldn't operate some of the equipment properly and called another staff member for help -- who dilated my eyes again. After waiting 30 minutes for the doctor Ben to finally show up, I got a third dilation. Very unprofessional. What could be worse than that? Not mentioning the rude lady at front desk who checked me out.....Well, I then received a $428 bill for the exam! Even after insurance, I still owe $162. Ridiculous... lol. I honestly don't understand how they have received good ratings.
