Doctor Sam's Eye Care

Thanks for a great evaluation appointment! You were thorough, efficient, and very kind to my nervous 8-year old. The only reason we won't be back soon is that all is well with my daughter's eyes. When we DO need eye care next, we'll definitely be back. :)

Thoroughly impressed with my experience at Dr. Sam's. Starting with scheduling my appointment on the ph. The young lady my wife spoke with was not only thorough gathering our info but was detailed discussing the whats and what nots with our insurance and F.S.A. she put us on a cancelation list and my appointment went from 6 weeks out to the next day. I arrived 20 mins early figuring new patient paperwork however the check in person being so efficient took about 5 mins. Eye exam, picking out glasses and eyes checked by Dr. Sam...every step of the way was pleasant and with light-hearted kindness as if this was my 100th appointment. With how this world is spinning these days it was more of a fun afternoon out than a Dr's appointment. You will discover right away the difference between a well run private practice compared to a chain or conglomerate. TY everyone at Dr. Sams!

Has been the best eye doctor I've ever had. And all the ladies at work there I love them all they're awesome people there.

DO NOT GO HERE! I tried calling in advance about a glasses adjustment and left a voicemail for someone to call me back. A week later nobody called me back and I showed up to the office to get my glasses adjusted and was told that there was nobody there to do the adjustment and that I needed to make an appointment, mind you in my voicemail I left I asked if an appointment was needed and if it was going to cost me anything for the adjustment since this isn't my normal office. The next available appointment to get a GLASSES ADJUSTMENT, which is something that takes a few minutes, if that, was 2 weeks out. Absolutely crazy. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this eye care center for your eye care or glasses needs.

What a wonderful place. Very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff in every section. First time at this practice and I highly recommend it!

After some vision issues that developed over a years time, Dr. Sam came in and sat with me in length to explain what the plan of action would be moving forward and that we would try to resolve it. He was kind, calm and spoke so that I could understand.

Very amazing people in there very friendly, very helpful and overall a great place to have in our community. I recommend Dr. Sam's to anybody who needs do you have any eye exam or any type of medical eye care.

What a great experience! The waiting room was full, but I was brought in at my appointment time with no wait, the staff was AMAZING- friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go here, and can't wait for my next appointment, that's how great they were!
