Great experience. We have an insurance that isn't taken many places. I called to see if it was accepted. They are open limited hours, and were not open when I called. I left a message and heard back in 24 hours. Before the appointment, I had to reschedule due to a death in the family...again, prompt communication about rescheduling (by text). When we went in, the appointment was quick, but thorough. When the glasses arrived, they were fitted well (best fit my 2 kids have had). 4 months later...still very happy with quality and fit. Parking is handicap accessible. There are no steps going into the building, but there is a slight lip to get over at the doorway.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this business. I was supposed to pick up my glasses that were promised to be ready, but despite making multiple phone calls, the person handling my order was always out of town or unavailable. She assured me she would call back, but never followed through. It's now been two years, and she still has my glasses. The lack of communication and professionalism is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

It's a shame that Google only allows a maximum of five stars because this small business deserves much more, great inventory, very well educated staff and friendly as well. If you are one of those people that supports small business then I suggest you check out Julie's I care in Claremont NH
