Total nightmare, incompetence at its finest. Would NOT recommend.
I recently went up to get the ear frame for my glasses fixed. It was fine AT FIRST. It left an even worse red mark on top of my right ear. You're better off going to Pro Optical

I've been coming here for a few years and until this year all went well. However, I was given a prescription for my glasses that I literally could not see out of. Upon returning for another vision check (I was sure the prescription was wrong--and I was correct), the doctor was very short and abrupt during my recheck. She literally said, "I don't have time for this today." I told her that I had made an appointment two weeks ago. She then said she felt better that this was an appointment but really?? I DO have time for this?? Really? I had to drop my kid off to school and drive half an hour to get there--again--because YOU got it wrong! And yes--she had the prescription wrong. SO not happy with the lack of professional decorum here. That comment was uncalled for and something she should have kept to herself.

Worst experience ever. Doctor was great, I spent over $800 on 3 pairs of glasses, took a month to get my glasses and they messed up on a pair had to return,, waited another 3 weeks. Picked up today, got a bad attitude when I asked for the frame to be adjusted but she did it, then refused, REFUSED to give me a cleaning cloth and a case, so I had to throw my very expensive glasses in my purse where I'm sure they will be scratched before I get home. She did redeem herself a little when she volunteered that "Walmart sucks" and she should know because she also sucked. You will save no money and you will get no service. .

Average specialized service elsewhere will cost you between 280.00 to 380.00. Was 149.00. They also accept alot more types of insurance. And honor damaged or faulty glasses. Though quality of lenses and frames are barely adequate. You get what you pay for. So I overall acceptable.

Was very impressed by Dr Martin's efficient and professional manners. She explained the various parts of the exam to me and answered other questions without me feeling rushed through it. Best eye exam ever!

I am in my 60's and have had glasses since I was 8.
The new glasses I just got from them are so scratched after 3 months that I have to get a new pair of lenses I literally can't see out of them.
They said I dont know how to clean them properly. $400. Down the drain.
