Wonderful experience- their team was quick, efficient and kind. My 6 month old is very cautious around other people, but she had a blast at her eye appointment. Thank you!!!

had a very concerning experience with this doctor. While leaving an appointment, I overheard comments in the office that made me uncomfortable regarding how patients of color were discussed. In addition, the approach to medical emergencies worried me. For example, in vision-threatening situations, parents are required to drive to Mass Eye and Ear instead of care being provided locally. She also will not continue treatment if parents choose not to proceed with surgical procedures for eye alignment, which can feel very limiting. The practice as a whole seems to accept these policies. In my opinion, this is a serious concern, and I would recommend that parents consider other options for their children's care.

I had the worst experience at a drs office I've ever had at this office. My 3 year old had an appt at 1:10. I showed up at 1pm and waited until about 1:15-1:20. It was me, my 5 yo, my 3 yo, and my 1yo. I get called back by the medical assistant and she conducts the first half of the exam, including dilating my 3 yo's eyes. We're sent back out to the waiting room to wait for 20 minutes for the dr. The receptionist comes up and asks me if my 5yo can wait in waiting room because they have a policy of no more than 3 people in the exam room. I said no, my 5yo cannot be by himself?? She just walked away. About 20 minutes later another secretary comes up and says that I'm going to have to reschedule because there cannot be more than 3 people in the exam room and that I was notified before in my intake phone call and my reminder phone call. Which I wasn't, I have voicemails and an email and non of which say that there's a policy. I told her that and said I drove over an hour to get there and that I can hold my baby. She was kind enough to say she'll talk to the dr. The dr still said no and that it's been a rough day. The dr offered to let me baby sit in her stroller in the hall way. I asked to speak to the dr directly since they already dilated his eyes. She went back and said the dr was in an exam. I had been there for an hour and a half at this point and left. I can not believe the unprofessionalism of this "pediatric" Dr. Reading other reviews I see this is a common theme. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just like all the other reviews here I would strongly urge you NOT to take your children here. Dr.Morse is extremely rude and vague answering every question you ask. If they don't have enough people to hold down your screaming 2yr old then they'll make sure there's more next time! What a joke. Had to cancel my sons appointment since he was sick. Got a letter in the mail stating I can no longer get him care here, which is honestly a blessing in disguise since I've now realized I'm not alone in my awful experience here. If there were zero stars as an option I would & frankly you just shouldn't be allowed to see any children at this practice.

Our family had, and has had great experiences with Dr Morse and her team. The negative reviews are unwarranted in my honest opinion. Tbh, she is sometimes rushed, but she is working with non paying patients often, and I've seen some pretty insane people when visiting given their attempt to help the entire population. If they only saw non-Medicare patients I'm sure they'd have a different practice/ review list. BUT, Dr Morse is the only ped eye doctor in the state of New Hampshire providing this care Example: we got there nearly an hour early, but two appointments just didn't show up.. and they happily saw us before our scheduled appointment. But then during our appointment, one of the late patients literally started screaming at the reception even though THEY were late! Think it's important to add context instead of the people who seemingly don't work and leach off the system who have the time to rip into a DR who is helping the masses

This doctor was terrible with my three year old. I'm a veteran mom who's spent a lot of time getting medical care for kids and I've never had a doctor or practice treat a child so horribly. They held her down by her arms and torso while she SCREAMED. She was rushed and not thorough. Spent 5 minutes with her then put her in a type of glasses she didn't need. I switched to a better doctor to get a second opinion and she spent much longer with her to get her prescription correct and was very gentle. No tears or bad experiences. It's worth the extra drive. Don't go to Dr. Morse

One of the worst medical experiences of my life today. The front desk staff was rude and condescending. I waited 4 months to have my 2 year old seen for a lazy eye. We arrived at the office, went to check in, and then were told the doctor couldn't see my 2 year because I had my 1 year old with me. I asked staff if they would make an exception since I drove an hour ONE WAY. They called security on me for challenging an arbitrary and ridiculous policy. They told me the doctor made the policy so I asked to speak with the doctor. They said they asked (which they didn't they had called security instead) and "they don't make exceptions because then everybody would get an exception". I am furious. I wasted my entire day getting ready for this appointment and driving an hour one way only to get told "the doctor won't see your child because you have two children". Mind you my 1 year old was fully contained in a backpack carrier and being exceptionally calm and quiet. Staff even bragged about turning other desperate parents away. I will never go back and hope this is an adequate warning to anyone considering this practice. Avoid it at all costs if you don't want to be discriminated against for having more than one child!

I am Covid conscious. Limit my exposure to others, always wear a mask, always follow the rules. But there is Covid-conscious and there is arbitrary, rude, and frankly cruel. I just watched your receptionist make a four-week postpartum woman cry for no defendable reason. After waiting over three months for an appointment for her 23 month old, she showed up twenty minutes early. After completing registration, the receptionist noticed that she had a FOUR-WEEK OLD with her. She coldly stated, "They aren't going to let you go back." What? "You're going to have to reschedule." The reason given was that only one person can accompany patients. Sure, fine. Relatively reasonable. But this is a four-week old babe in arms. What do you expect this woman to do? Do TWO parents now need to be available any time a child with a sibling has a doctor's appointment? She offered to wear her four-week old, in a wrap, fully covered, and the receptionist wouldn't even consider it. I offered to watch the child, since our appointments were at different times. Also a no go. The receptionist showed no interest in supporting the mother, helping to problem solve, or even standing by the policy compassionately. When, in tears, the woman finally said she would see if her stepfather could come watch her baby in the parking lot for the appointment, the receptionist was still as punitive as possible, taking the paperwork back and saying she couldn't officially check her in until she came back up, sans baby. There is nothing justifiable about this. That four-week old, especially worn and covered, was a risk to no one. This was about standing by an arbitrary policy, and doing it in a way that showed no respect or compassion for a young mother, four-weeks postpartum, trying to take care of her children. Once I got in for my daughters appointment, I will say that the doctor herself was good with my daughter as were the staff assisting her. I'm confident in their medical skill. Here too though, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable when I asked for an explanation of why she needed to have her eyes dilated. If you don't have time to answer a parent's questions about a treatment plan, you don't have time to treat my child.
