I recently had an eye exam at Steeplegate Eye care, and the vision appointment itself was wonderful. The doctor was thorough, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience afterward at LensCrafters while shopping for glasses was really disappointing. The associate working the floor didn't get up to assist and seemed disengaged, as if helping me was inconvenient to her. When I began shopping, I asked her to check my insurance benefits, but then didn't receive a clear answer and was simply told to look at certain "budget" frames in the corner. I ended up walking around and selecting frames on my own without any help from her. There were several customers in the store at the time, and the associates appeared more focused on chatting with each other about their weekend party plans than helping anyone. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which was surprising since I've had helpful, attentive service at LensCrafters in the past. I was also confused about pricing and insurance coverage. Even the "budget" options came out to nearly $500, and I couldn't get a clear explanation of what was covered via my insurance or their discounts, so I ultimately chose to leave and shop elsewhere. I understand everyone has off days, and I hope this was just an exception. I just wanted to share my experience since good customer service makes such a difference, especially when making a big purchase like glasses.

The staff and Dr V were superb! I was amazed with the technology they have. I should have known because in 2008 they were the ones to first to recognize that I may have MS and needed to have an MRI but I could not get a pcp to give me one I found/ Advocated for myself until I finally was diagnosed in 2011. I can not thank Dr. V. Enough for pointing me in the correct direction! Also the the staff that help with glasses are totally amazing too, they help you get the best fit and price/deal on the glasses you pick and they also are honest about witch pair looks best on you! I sat there for over 2 and a 1/2 hours. I had to have my wife Bring me food as i am a diabetic and the employees were just staring at their laptops, unable to sign in , And My Sugar ended up DROPPING RO LOW! Weren't willing to work with me or help out? And the manager sat there the whole time counting pennies and coins She didn't help me didn't mention anything to the employee didn't say a word very disappointing!!!and a waste of my life! Found SAME EXACT FRAMES , Lenses Warrenty , Script TO The T ! For Almost $300.00 Cheeper!!! No Xtra Discounts or anything!!!! AND THEY WANTED ME RO GO BACK AGAIN TO "MEASURE" Something After Faxxing Script and info , And Everything i stated So Unfortunate!

Everyone was very helpful, from the Doctor's assistant to the staff working at the front of the house. I loved that they let us explore are options and yet they were available for questions and opinions. After we found the right frames, they help me find the right lenses and ensure that I got the best deal possible. Thank you Lense Crafters!

Let me start by saying Rachel and Matt at Loudon rd Concord, Nh LensCrafters went above and beyond for my needs. I will never go anywhere else, their customer service is amazing!!!! Rachel got me set up with two pairs of glasses after dealing with my issues, one regular and the other pair sunglasses. Thank you for your support it means the world to me!!!! Derek G
