Nice and helpful Professional However, I did not see anyone wash or sanitize their hands before examining me. Similarly, didn't see that equipment was sanitized before use.

Update today! Had a medical eye issue and called this morning 2/24/25 to make an appointment and left a message. Michelle from reception called me right back and said they could fit me in at noon (They only opened at 9:30 am). Upon arrivalI was met by Tania and went through several digital tests and images of my eyes. Dr. Sheilly reviewed everything quickly, went over my history and symptoms and requested another test by Tania before narrowing the diagnosis. After a thorough exam and follow up I left with a firm treatment plan and peace of mind that I had been given the best care possible! Thank you to all the staff and Doctors! Highly recommend!!! 2024: Routine appointments went flawlessly! Check in was easy and on time. The techs were very professional and efficient, then Dr. Deb was very thorough, explaining everything in detail all with a smile

I needed to get an eye exam for the DMV. I have never liked going to the eye doctor but I had a very pleasant experience at steeple gate eye care. They were kind, supportive, and prompt. I had my two little ones with me and they were flexible with that. I had an issue with the form when I brought it to the DMV and needed to come back to have them fix it ; they were able to assist me straight away. The appointment easeful and not time consuming. I highly recommend them if you need to see an eye doctor.

My wife and I went in today, my wife needed an exam and glasses and I needed a new pair of glasses only. We got good advice and care and picked up two new pair of glasses for a very decent price. We're very happy every time we need their services.

Absolutely wonderful staff, experience, and made getting an eye exam a fun experience. Dr. Deborah Vallieres, Kate, and Tanya took great care of me and made me feel like I was the top priority. Very fun staff, upbeat, and I will look forward to exams in the future. I will no longer try to dodge an eye exam as long as I can like I used to at other places. THANK YOU!!!!

From the moment I walked into their store front I was treated like royalty. The person at the front desk, I believe her name was Dale, was amazing and helpful throughout the exam process and went above and beyond to help me pick out frames since I could not see at that moment. The building was immaculate and the care they showed to ensure everything was sanitary, especially with the times we are going through, made me feel safe and secure throughout the visit. Would recommend to anyone, amazing experience!!!

Great place! Clean and tidy. Great customer service. I went there and got my eyes examined and they were very professional. They gave me my prescription and everything went great! I requested my Pupil Distance measurements as well and they provided them as well. They were familiar with my insurance policy and got me setup in the system in just a couple minutes. No long wait. Seems like they actually value their patients! That's not something a lot of health professionals value in this day and age! I will return again.

Best of the best! Always thorough and willing to go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and understand their prescription. I appreciate the extra time the doctor spent with my husband to explain the changes with his prescription and why he was feeling what he was with his new glasses! Would recommend to anyone they got a doctor for all your different needa
