I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Guarino is very pleasant, got me in at my scheduled time (which never happens at any other Doctor's appointment I go to), and took time to find me the correct prescription for my glasses and contacts. Erica, Jennifer and the other staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and pleasant. I have been a customer for years and was saddened to hear that they no longer carried the brand of glasses I like. Jennifer went out of her way to order me the glasses I wanted because I am very particular about my eyewear. The glasses look awesome! Thanks again!

Dr. Guarino himself is absolutely wonderful. He is patient, thorough and friendly. He answers all of your questions and does not rush you at all. His wife Jennifer- the receptionist, on the other hand, is the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. She is incredibly rude and doesn't try to help in the least. She talks over you on the phone and speaks to you like you are child. If you try to bypass her and speak to Dr. Guarino himself, she will not allow it. She is pushy and a bully and for those reasons alone I give this Eye Office one star. There are many other Eye Offices in the area- nobody should ever be treated the way she treats paying clients.
