Never in my life have I written a review on anyone or anything. However, After speaking with the "doctor" herself and her office staff, I will get the word out there that this is a very unprofessional place. I hadn't even been seen in the office yet and her office staff calls me to tell me that they are going to charge me these different fees up front without even billing the insurance company first. When I asked about the upfront costs the only explanation that I received is that I haven't met my deductible. Once i stated what i have left towards my deductible and the obscene amount that they were trying to charge me, she told me she doesn't care she wants her money up front. I said, what is your contracted rate with the insurance company and her response? "I don't divulge that information!" Great! Cancelled my appointment and the woman hung up on me! I will be sure to get the word out on how rude, unprofessional and disgusting this woman is!
