I've been going here for a few years and always have a good experience. Dr. Jones is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and happy to discuss all details of the exams, diagnosis, and prescriptions. When I tried progressives last year and they simply did not work for me, there was no hassle or extra cost in the attempt. A typo led to an inverted lens prescription but again they fixed that quickly and with all apology. I eventually had what worked best for me and all the staff were very pleasant through both my individual difficulties and their mistake. I could change to a new doc that would accept my new optical insurance, but I would rather pay for the expertise and experience that the staff at VVEC provide, because you truly do get what you pay for.
