I would not even rate this place one star, if i did not have to. I made an appointment for my entire family in the Londonderry NH office, at the beginning of summer. My daughter's appointment came this morning, go to their location at 75 Gilcreast Road suite 210, in Londonderry NH as scheduled. Door is locked. Me and my daughter figured they opened at 9:00 exactly and they were just running a little late, so we sat in the hallway on the rug, as there was no chairs to sit down on. We waited till approximately 9:10, and I called the receptionist as the had a telephone number posted on their door, however it did not state the office was closed,simply just that they could be reached at this number. After calling and asking them, why their was no one there? The receptionist, told me this Londonderry office was now closed, and my appointment was in Massachusettes! She claimed she left a message yesterday on my answering machine. REALLY! Should this have been relayed to me months ago! Unbelievable! Crazy office, never again! Don't even waste your time with these people. My daughter needed her glasses for the start of the school year. Funny part, I did even get to meet anyone in the office face to face, however things happen for a reason and Thank God these people will not be servicing my family of 5's eye glasses needs! Very poor reception! Good luck!

Gone downhill very fast....2 years ago it was a busy place and effiecient. Now, there is no a/c, the rugs are VERY dirty and unvaccuumed , toys are just thrown in a pile and a mess,Some chairs are ripped/torn, They are only open 1 day a week now and never answer the phone! (it usually goes to answering service) There is NO one in the glasses area, ever. My last bill they charged me, sent me a bill then sent me a bill for more than they charged the first time. The dr is disheveled looking and doesnt look/act lke he wants to be there, nor does he give straight answers. He does not spend much time with you and he rushes you right off. Very disappointed now, especially since I've been going there for years

Horrible. Don't go there if you live in the Londonderry area. They are only open on Thursdays. Seriously?
