Was not sure what to expect when I scheduled my eye exam at a BJ's. I arrived and Carrie took me into the exam room where she proceeded to make me feel super comfortable, and get me started. She was awesome! We then met with the doctor over a zoom call which worked surprisingly well. I got my updated prescription and had a chance to ask any questions I had. From the beginning to the end, everyone was super kind, explained everything, and was efficiant. Will come back!
