The care that my Indiana has received at NEVO has been top notch, the absolute best. Everyone is very gentle yet thorough, and fawning all over my Great Dane. Honestly my experience with everyone has been superb. Meg has been so lovely to work with, and she handles Indiana with such ease. Indiana is food motivated and neither Meg nor Dr Alling minded the drool. Indiana would even put her head on the desk next to Dr Alling watching him type notes. They took their time and answered all my questions. Pets are in very good hands here.

Dr. Alling is very thorough and careful in checking my cat's eye and gave me many options throughout the treatment process. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what he is capable of. We ended up doing the diamond burr for a reasonable price (instead of surgery) and that was definitely the most effective treatment for the eye. Unfortunately I don't know the vet tech's names but they are always so kind and gentle with my cat, who is an anxious boy.

Dr. Montgomery and the staff are excellent. The attention and caring for our dog and for us. They determined right away that Gucci needed surgery and made time that day. It was a couple years ago that was our first visit, so I don't remember names exactly. But everyone involved has been professional and with attention to detail.

They were reassuring and incredibly kind during a very stressful event. We know Nelson received the best care while in their hands and we highly recommend NEVO to anyone in need of veterinary eye care. The team taking time to explain everything. Thank you Rosie Rosie - she was so kind and took such good care of Nelson. You can tell Rosie truly loves what she does.

Staff at front desk were friendly. Our technician was kind and caring. She even took the time to provide treats to my dog to help him feel at ease. Dr. Alling was wonderful. He took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable. He did not make us feel rushed and he really explained what was happening. . The entire experience was pleasant. I really appreciated the kindness shared by all of the staff and not feeling like a number. Thank you!

The entire team at NEVO was fantastic from my first communications via email and phone. They were very accommodating in arranging a morning consult and surgery same day since we were traveling from Northern Vermont. Dr. Alario was very knowledgeable and helpful in communicating his recommendations and reasons behind them. Our technician was kind and very understanding in the ways of sassy chihuahuas. I felt very confident that we were doing the right thing and that our Tippy was in the best possible hands. He is doing great and I couldn't be more thankful!

This practice is wonderful to deal from the people answering the calls, booking appointments, checking in and out to the exam room nurses and Dr Alario. Everyone is congenial, helpful and very sweet with my kitty. Dr Alario and his nurses always take time to fully explain their findings and treatment. He never rushes me out and allows for all my questions. I've really appreciated how quickly staff responds to prescription refills too. Dr Alario has my kitty on an effective treatment plan. Everyone is just great at NEVO. There are always pleasant faces and great attitudes from all each time we visit. Wait times are good also! They always give us a full written summary to take home carefully reiterating everything we discussed during the visit.
