As soon as you walk into the elm st location you are greeted by 2 very friendly employees, within minutes I was called in to my eye appointment test which was done very quick by there high tech machines which is done their friendly technician then you are brought into the exam room for the Dr to look over the results who is also very helpful and friendly. The whole exam was quick, then you are brought out front and I worked with a lady named Sam who was very helpful also and who took the time to listen to my needs and price range and found what worked for me. Recently I had an appointment with the staff here and I was blown away at their collective attitude towards the clientele, so much that I brought my wife to get her new glasses. When we arrived for her appointment despite being extremely busy the staff handled the rush of sometimes needlessly difficult people with grace and professionalism. If you need glasses or an exam I highly recommend them.

Just want to give a big shout out to the people at my eye. Doctor and Manchester on elm street, very, very polite and made me feel like a person. And also gave me a pair of glasses that I can see the world. Thank you so much for your kindness. Great, great place to go for glasses.

Eight months after my appointment, this company has stated that my insurance at that time rejected my coverage, and now I owe them $200+ out of nowhere. They offered a payment plan, at least, but remained completely indifferent to the fact that I lost my job due to tariff impacts. They simply did not care that I'm living on a fixed income in an unpredictable job market for my industry. Never coming back here if I can help it. December update: I set up a payment plan with them, and I got a message in the mail just before Christmas that my first payment is due December 28th. And if I don't pay it, they'll cancel my payment plan and demand it in full. I told them I am on a fixed income through unemployment, and I get paid late on Tuesdays. I am living on a fixed income. I cannot get the money early. I will be paid two days after their deadline, and there's absolutely no guarantee of accommodation. The representative gave some wishy-washy statement about maybe being able to get me an extension, but that is completely useless to me for a deadline that is in two days and I didn't even get a week's notice of when it would be due. I cannot imagine a more heartless and unfeeling company punishing me for a condition that I have inherited and circumstances I cannot control. Go literally anywhere else for your eye care.

I know this company very well and I dropped off a pair of glasses that were purchased from this company and I got a huge hassle because they're at a different location. That's literally a mile and a half away.. were there we did when I asked them to do an ultrasonic cleaning. They said that they didn't do it. I came back in after speaking to Tammy on the phone.. she told me that they do ultrasonic cleaning and if I asked that they would give it to me, especially because my glasses have not been cleaned in two years. It was made clear to clwan them that wat. Back to pick up my glasses after I was sure that they would be cleaned in a supersonic cleaner not only were they not a supersonic cleaner, but they were also smudged and dirt on them still. They were not even clean correctly let alone in the supersonic and I am very upset and so yes, I am going to write a terrible review because not only do they lie the first time about the supersonic cleaner, not being there, but they also lied when I came in a second time assured me that it would be clean in that... and they're not. Attached photos of how clean they were.... mind you i have them two glasses and these are not the ones I wore home.

Worst experience I've ever had!!! 1093 elm st. If you want to spend the day in the office then come to this location. If you have other prior engagements your best bet is to go elsewhere. Half the machines not working and staff moving turtle pace. I feel us customers should be paid by the hour at this point. What a Joke!!! Never again!

Samantha and Tammy were terrific. I just walked to get my frames adjusted but they gave me such a good deal on a new pair of designer frames I couldn't resist buying them!!

Excellent place to go for glasses. The staff are wonderful. Holly is a great people person. Whether out back or working out front helping find the right pair of glasses. The doctors are the best. Give them a try.
