I bought a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses at least two, maybe three years ago and the nose piece broke off in my case. It was a Saturday. I just drove in expecting to drop them off or at least tell me where I could go get them fixed and the assistant manager just grabbed my glasses walked over to a case and started fitting a new nose piece on, he crimp the new piece back on in less than five minutes. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing just leave us a good Google Review. have a great day :)
They didn't know it, but I'm going on a tropical vacation soon. It was important that I had these glasses in time for the trip. I was worried I might not get them back if I had to drop them off for repair... this place makes great glasses, does quality work, stands behind therlir products, and really made my day. I would suggest this store to anyone!
I've been to LensCrafters twice now and the first time I'll admit I had a wonderful experience front and back. Both times I went getting my eyes examined was a flawless experience. It's on the front end where I'm having a little bit of trouble my second time through. First the frames I got did not fit so I went back and I was given another pair of frames that didn't fit. They were crooked on my face, and the sales person tried to convince me that they were not. 30 days past and I no longer had the option to replace them. Then I lost my glasses and when I called for a replacement pair, they quoted me $800... for a pair of glasses. No ifs, ands or buts about it. I went on Zenni.com, I got four pairs for $200 and they all fit well on my face without an "expert" trying to fit them for me. So I would say that the service was a little inattentive the second time around although everyone I dealt with was fairly pleasant and the pricing is egregious and penalizing. Again kudos to the eye exam department, but I think LensCrafters should tighten up all frames fit on people's faces because it matters, and how real world implications should bring down pricing for a replacement pair.
Cat was absolutely amazing! I had my toddlers with me and they were all over the place despite my efforts. She was calm, courteous and so helpful. Can't wait for my first ever, luxe pair of glasses. Thank you, Cat for making that as painless as possible.
Andrea was very helpful. It's my first time back in glasses in 10 years and she made the process simple and pleasant. Andrea identified the lenses type best suited for me and explained the benefits of each option in a way that was succinct and concise. We worked together to quickly narrow down a style of frame that met my budget. I expected this to be a long visit, however it turned out to be very quick. All in all it was a great experience. Looking forward to trying on my new glasses!
Great experience from start to finish the staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly the level of customer service far exceeded my expectations, the doctor was great answering and addressing any and all concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here if you ever have any vision issues or just need new glasses these guys are top notch.
This review is for the March ave location in Manchester NH.
When I called originally to set up an appointment, I was told I would be able to leave with contacts in hand. The doctor also told me I could leave with contacts. One of the service counter girls was very respectful and helped me to understand the rules. She was constantly interrupted by the other counter girl who "knew better". I asked the other girl several times to stop talking with me and she refused. Such a sad experience. Hopefully the other counter girl is able to understand that her abrasive attitude is not helpful or kind!!
Avoid this LensCrafters location. I paid for their One Year Eyewear Protection Plan, and when my lenses were supposed to be replaced, the Manchester, NH store at 6 March Avenue refused to honor it. I was sent in circles between the store, customer service, and corporate, with no one taking responsibility. The protection plan I purchased was effectively useless.
I've filed a BBB complaint and reported the issue to the NH Insurance Department. Customers deserve better than being sold a plan that isn't honored
Update: "Thank you for the generic response, but this issue has not been resolved. The store continues to refuse to honor the One Year Eyewear Protection Plan I paid for, despite clear documentation and multiple attempts to resolve it. I'm still waiting for an actual human from LensCrafters customer care to contact me with a real solution."
Wonderful eye exam, looked over my options for new frames as my 3 year old frames were a little to worn out to reuse again. Totally no pressure and they even helped me narrow down my choices. Have been going here for year's and never disappointed.
