Dr Wong is absolutely incredible! Kind, knowledgeable, great with kids, and told us exactly what to expect with surgery. You can tell she cares deeply for her patients- she even reached out on a weekend to check in! Highly recommend Dr. Wong!

My toddler has been seeing Dr. Wong for the last 18 months or so and we absolutely adore her. She is incredibly thorough, helpful, and great with littles. We recently experienced Dr. Wong's surgical services and she was absolutely amazing. Her willingness to answer every question and be fully available for my every concern, question, or thought before and after surgery was SO appreciated. My child loves her and that really provided us with tremendous confidence and peace throughout this process - and the surgery was a huge success. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wong!

I went to see Dr Wong for a wandering eye. This condition caused me to have frequent double vision and headaches. Dr Wong examined me and said she thought she could help me. She let my DIL accompany me to all my pre-op and post-op appointments and explained exactly what the procedure would be and what to expect. The results have been nothing short of amazing! My eyes now track together and headaches and double vision have completely resolved. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her skill and professional manner are equally matched by her warm and caring bedside manner. She is simply the best!

Hopefully Doctor Wong is nicer than the receptionist. Insanely rude and completely unhelpful.

I call so many doctors offices for my family. It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers. The front desk here was unfortunately so rude when I asked an ordinary question I found it actually bizarre. If I was a clinician here I'd be upset to have front desk staff like that representing me.

I saw double. It happened gradually, so I put up with it.I had to drive with one eye closed. When I spoke face to face, It was obviously distracting to other people. On the inside, I was very self conscious. It was a lot of work trying to see single. One eye doctor told me that nothing could be done. That made me feel hopeless and contributed to a growing depression. One year later, I asked again with another doctor from the same office. She said, yes something actually can be done and referred me to Dr Melissa Wong. When I met with Dr. Wong at one of her offices in Manchester I found her sharply intelligent. Her professional confidence that she could help me was a major relief. Most procedures that fix double vision are performed on young children, not older adults. In fact, I had a procedure done sixty years ago when I was four. It served me well for many decades. I had a problem late in life as a result of lasic surgery for serious near sightedness, for which I was very grateful. I had opted for one eye focused for reading and the other for driving. But in my case, over time, they gradually began to drift apart. Dr. Wong explained that in the procedure, she would tighten muscles on the sides of both eyes. Cards on the table,I may possibly need glasses with prisms after she assessed the results. I began to look forward to the procedure. It was to take place at the Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center. On the big day, I arrived and a nurse took me through preparation. My clothes went into a locker. I put on socks and a gown, and within a few minutes, met my anesthesiologist and Dr. Wong. I drifted off with a strong confidence in my surgeon. I was prepared for several days recovery. Of course, I could not work. I slept with eye shields at first to keep my hands away. I used ointment to prevent infection, which was replaced by eye drops as I healed. Dr. Wong encouraged me to watch TV so I would move my eyes around. After the procedure, Dr. Wong told my wife that she was challenged somewhat by my ancient scar tissue from my childhood operation, but that it went very well. My wife thanked her for going to school. The results for me were nothing short of miraculous. I shed a major handicap. I see a single image wherever I look. I drive with both eyes open. Five months on and as yet I do not need prisms. I suppose one would expect a person to take normal vision for granted. I now do. At the same time, I am forever grateful to the brilliant Dr. Melissa Wong for the stark change in the quality of my life.

My son had a apointment today and he has autism. I just want to say from the min I walked through the door I felt welcomed the nurse that worked for Dr wong was super friendly and right there to help was so kind to my daughter and it wasnt even her apointment. I was so thankful for all the help to get through the apointment Dr Wong listened to my every word and was so easy to talk to and I could not believe never in my life through all the eye Dr's hes been seen by she got his exam done without anyone having to hold him down. She gave me information I never heard of before and he is 9 I cant say how Happy I am and How comfortable I felt what a Amazing place to come for a eye exam for your child I highly recomend also the optical dept acomodated my son to fit his glases in tv room and while we were out there Dr Wong came out and saw me still there she helped me pick out his glasses . I def recommend. Cant say enough good things about this practice and Dr wong

Looked in on my son during his long stay in the NICU. She was so professional, knowledgeable and fast. Most importantly, she made sure my son was comfortable and ok, but she continued to check on me as well. Love her!!!
